i was using marauder. it is best ship so far. great offensive and defensive skills. now i switched to striker. good armor but who needs that when you cant move and all bullets come at you. so marauder untill faster or more manuverable ship comes

It's a pity it's not multiplayer anymore, it would be much more interesting if it was. But nonetheless I am really enjoying it.

my ship of choice is the maurauder for both factions... the alien side can outrun photon bombs; a common enemy weapon i have 807 kills and still use it

NO! i had 5 lives then i was curious so went into a white hole then i ended up like 20 sections away from the neareset station and i didnt have hyperspace or engine overdrive so then i got ambushed by a ton of warships and ran out of lives!

No, person32, you'll find my way more effective. Get a raider with overclocked/pulse core/interstellar hyperspace recharger engine then get typer 3 teleporting carnivores, reverse laser, thunderbolt torpedo, EMp missile, LASS stealth, and heat seeking mines then LOL you can PWN anything! Just use LASS then EMp it then use thunderbolt then back away and use your type 3 carnivores!

If you are an alien, the best ships for combat are the hunter and raider, i prefer the raider because it is just as fast as the sprinter, but is way more powerful.

Maybe DJ should make an ipod touch version of the game where you can play with anyone on the same network and link to your kongregate game.

To person32: DJ shut down multiplayer due to the insane amounts of hacking in the sectors. Hackers in the sectors kill their ally players, and delete their accounts if they dare kill the hackers. So unless you want your account deleted, stay out of mutiplayer sectors. Oh and one more annoying thing about mutiplayer sectors: Not just you but about anyone with a large slot can use those annoying large weapons!

to LOrdsteven: White holes push you away, but still do damage if you touch them. There is a white hole in S-16-17 for humans and a white howle in S-5-5 for aliens. You should check them out!
