I had Firefox, and it crashed. I tried it on IE, and it crashed. I went to the website disputedgalaxy.com and downloaded the stand alone version and have been crash free ever since :o)

If you're complaining about crashes, there's a chance you're using IE. Get rid of it, and use a real browser like Firefox.

Lobster, you will ly lose all your work if you are careless
froob, there was a glitch that allowed people to get loads of money, but hopefully it should be removed in the new version. There have been a couple of cheat attempts and Im sure there will be more, but the beauty of accounts means I can at least delete them
Acid, maybe some money could come back from engines, but im not sure, it will mean more expensive lives aswell. Energy cells requiring you to unlock is important, laser beams are debatably overpowered already, if you could keep charging while firing you would be unstoppable

I'd like to see the ability to 'trade-in' engines just like weapons, even if you only got 20% of the original cost back. Barring that, I'd like the ability to have a 'hangar' for multiple ships, even if there was some form of docking fee. I'm currently flying a Hawk w/ maxed out engines, and I'm still a little slow for some combat situations. I'd love to try out a Chariot, but it's a huge investment to lose if I decide I like my Hawk better. If we could have 'hangars' to store ships at higher levels, that would expand the playability of the game.
Also, is there a way to use an Energy Cell without losing my Laser Beam lock on? Some sort of hot-key to customize for Utilities? I'd much rather have a single button to press to get my Engine Overdrive Boost or my Rapid Shield Recharge. Losing a lock at a critical moment because you have to recharge your weapons is a a pain.

I highly recommend this game tho i do dislike some things first it keeps crashing i dont know if this can be fixed but its really annoying. Secondly i dont like the fact that when you go to a new sector your weapons change to the number slot or the first in line also annoying in that i try to shoot one weapon and it shoots a different one. but as i said all in all a very good game 5/5.

DJStatika, I want a game where, if it requires as much of a time requirement as this one, I can be confident that I'm not going to just lose all my work. Because that's not fun.

Lobster: Having lives doesnt penalise peope for playing? it penlises people for losing. Why would you want a game with no challenge? If you didnt want to keep your ship, then you souldnt have bought an expensive engine, everythng else is taken ito account i the trade n price, engines are for people who want to keep their ship
Tathar I wasnt aware that you coud make a multiplayer flash game without a centralised server? Please enlighten me how you cn make a 2p flash game?

Nice game, Realistic but could do with some more multiplayer parts like set areas where you enter in a special location and set different teams other than human and alien

Awesome game but one thing when buying things. Why does the info have to be loaded? Why can't the info be built into the game cos I have to wait around for ages to find out what something does. Just a thought.

matti, if you are in a multiplayer sector and nobody is in there then you will just get AI ships. I suggest aking in chat if anyone is playing multiplayer and find out where they are.

Thanks for all comments people, there are lots of things people are asking for some which I have answered several times before and some new. I will do an FAQs soon.
BTW, if the game is crashing, go to 'downloads' on my site and get the standalone version for no more crashes!
