how about customizing/changing the controls
for example:
the v button for the selection button
how about buttons for previous/next weapon?
note:
i play using joypad. this suggestion will make my gaming experience better.

Eg; Skirmish Mission: go to multiplayerzone and kill 6 ships or 3 players without dying.
The server could be set to goad people into engaging more in the multiplayer element this way, and also to spread the load between MP battlefields.
I can also see the missions as a way of extending challenges. Eg, I have 300 kills and I accept a "Duel" challenge. Wherein the server holds me in a waiting room until someone else with 201-400 kills from the other team accepts a Duel challenge.
Team duels, etcetc.
Great game, but it NEEDS the multiplayer element to be expanded and emphasised, imho.

Sorry about that, the database log was full and not allowing saves, luckily I managed to fix it fairly quickly. But sorry if you lost any data

of course, lost my money and kills, back down below 250 kills again. Cleared cache and still get sent to saving data screen after 10 min. That sucks, was looking forward to vaporizing some poo-flinging apes err 'homo sapiens'

ok, bug problem. I returned to a station, and now its stuck on 'saving data' screen. I left, and refreshed and logged back in, and it takes me right back to the 'saving data' screen again.

i also have truble with the locking seystem but this game is very fun and ill keep playing it even if this is not fixed but i like what you did to chat but my all chat still doesnt work =)

I save and I exit and when I come back my kills are dropped down to like 2. Every time. Its really annoying. And also the bugs in the targeting system make some weapons totally useless. Other than that, its a well done game.

It doesn't make much sense to me that everytime you go to a different sector, your energy cells and mines (at least) are restored. Why bother counting the ammo then?

Great game!. Here is a suggestion: It seems that every time you go to another sector, no mater where do you cross the border, you always enter the new sector in the middle... it would be great to enter in the same spot as you left the other sector. This would make navigation faster by going to the corners.

Really awesome game.. 5/5 without a doubt.
For the people saying it crashes: people update ur flash players.. The game hasn't crashed even once for me and I'm using firefox..
But I have noticed a small bug.... If you go on an assassination mission and are somehow driven out of the sector (like a EMP, or you fled) Sometimes when you re-enter, the target changes from what the mission was.. like I was on a mission to kill a destroyer, and when I re-entered, the target became a weaver. Might want to look into it

This game doesnt crash because of
IE cuz its nvr crashed for me once.
they are working on the problem so ppl need to stop saying "work on the problem" or "DJ u need to adress this problem"

Yeah the game is pretty nice...But it would be nice to have a purpose for the planets they just decorations? and also if possible in updates a garage feature for ships would be nice.

If you’re complaining about crashes, there’s a chance you’re using IE. Get rid of it, and use a real browser like Firefox.

I had crashing problems on FireFox so I tried on IE and it crashed but I found out that it was a Flash Player problem, so I updated it and never had problems again

oh now this games SUX OMFG , multiplayer disabled im going to give 1/5 now ... and i think everybody should do the same.... till he put multiplayer again ¬.¬

I had Firefox, and it crashed. I tried it on IE, and it crashed. I went to the website disputedgalaxy.com and downloaded the stand alone version and have been crash free ever since :o)
