So this is a crappy version of Escape Velocity... I guess you really lose a lot when you make a flash game. An online version of escape velocity would be soooo sick.

There's a sequel coming in the end of December or beginning of the coming January, and it is multiplayer ONLY. The multiplayer for this game is not coming back, as the creator of the game has stopped supporting it. The sequel will be much more action-packed. I believe both Dark Orbit and Outer Galaxies are inspired by/have ripped off this game. Shame about that. I still prefer this one XD

I wish it wasn't mouse and keyboard based. if I could just use wasd as movement then it wouldn't be so bad but since I have to have both hands on the keyboard and on the mouse it gets irritating.

I remember playing this game a long time ago a few times on multiplayer mode. To this day to me it was the best multiplayer game I have ever played on the web. It is so simple and unique. Maybe one day multiplayer will be back.

Even though I got to experience Multiplayer just a few times i still think that this is still the best game of my entire web surfing ;) but why u damn hackers why do u have to ruin everything?!?! well 5/5

I remember when i had the best ship and everything was going great, the next day i find out the game has been hacked and accounts had been deleted. Worst day in my life.

Errors and glitches and hackers are the ONLY thing bad in this game...

Oh this game really rocked with multiplayer it was great = there is a new one with better graphics but I really do not think It will equal the excitement of this older well loved game.

I got my first comp in 2008 and this game was the best ever = had lots of fun. the boys taught me lots about how to beef up my puny comp. I listened and got a nice one now and have to pay EVE online and it isn't as fun :(

why does our accounts have to reset when it's game over? i lose and i have to reset don't like that at all because if you are like at the top rank and you lose then you have to do it all over again.

i think that if you have an unlimited hyperspace recharger, that there should be a timer until your next hyperspace, that would really help.

There IS a sequel to this game. It has not been released yet, but late 2011/early 2012. (no promises)
