Tarken, I have probably been playing this game longer than you have been on Kong, and I hate emp, but I am fine with a single EMP torp, he uses successive EMP blasts, making retaliation all but impossible.

Well, emping is a tactic, I used to carry an EMP torp, mainly to get away from annoying people that would tractor and then relay a freaking pegasus, mean people ='O But, to be more on topic, emping is a tatic, and as unfair as it is, you just have to learn to deal with it. To be honest, if you're in a shap that can't outrun a EMP torp, you should have prox slots to emp or blast them when he comes to range for plasma, , and if you're in anything that can do 10, you can avoid it. As for emp blasts, if you're something heavy, you shjould still be able to lock with somthing, maybe carry an emp missle yourself for the purpose of escape, and if you're in anything that woulkd be called a dogfighter, you'll be traveling at high enough speed to outrun plasma.....
I don't see the major problem....

Destroyers are good ships .... although i have a chariot class ship and i take them out easy on the contrarery i use evadement tactics which is a BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIG advantage agaist destroyers

Ok, so you based your opinions on somebody else's, rather than actually internalizing and creating an even better understanding of that opinion?
Also, the stats for the Destroyer are good, it's only because you can't use it properly, doesn't mean it sucks. Don't expect the game to work for you, as is with the ships themselves. There's what people would call "BALANCE".

Wow guy22, you just got your 801 kill ship and you're already whining about there not being enough ships? You're nowhere close to getting 12801 or past that, so why whine now? Second, striker's stats are fine. It's only bad stat is speed, which is easily remedied by an engine overdrive. Also, you said its turning should be half of nymph's, but it already is (6/2=3). *sigh* You sound like you're asking for a perfect ship, but that'll never happen in a game that strives for balance like SDG. If you want a faster ship, buy a sprinter. Simple as that.

After being able to play for a while I've found this is actually a pretty fun game. I don't know why it's fun, it just is. 4/5 -1 for relying on an external server.

Im getting sick of posting this, amo he didnt hack and he doesnt, hes only testing something, curiosity, ever heard of it? yes kyd, kongregate will definately remove comments from (possibly) the most popular multiplayer game. And if you don't like the comments use some intelligence and stop looking at them
