Either you, have a very slow computer, there are too many people in the one sector, or someone else has a really slow computer that effects everyone.

The price of lives - from both races - is determined by the value of the ship, the value of the weapons, and how many kills. If I remember correctly, the ships cost the same amount on either side (hunter=minotaur, etc.)

you can actually feel the 'respect' also,being in 6401 kills for unlocked map,gives u the feeling of being a 'commanding' alien/human..

There is a reason why it takes like 6400 kills to get the updated map... so that you can actually "enjoy" the fruits of your labor when before that, it's mainly the fun of traveling around the unknown.

hit 0, go to a meteorite, and hit Z. that is also the way to use your special weapons(by hitting the corresponding number)
