with a bit of brain and a plan this game is boringly easy: focus on one or maximum two types of units to boost their abilities as far as possible. choose units that benefit from the same upgrade to safe money. axe training applies to just one unit. so axe men are dropped. the other interesting units are spear, distance, sword and halberd. distance units are weak and can hardly survive if not protected, so they are dropped as favored units. they still can be supportive units. sword units are good in close combat, but very slow. this is a big disadvantage when you want to rush somewhere. so they are dropped. spear and halberd are still in. the spear man is the cheapest unit in battle. you can produce it in hughe numbers, you have it from the beginning, its fast and has no disadvantages against other units. the mounted version is better armored than the mounted halberdier.

in the other group the halberdiers do double the damage, the mounted version is a bit cheaper than the mounted spearman and unless you have the daemons unlocked the undead race gives you an easy start with halberd +3 (archery is completely dismissable). if you choose spear use the men of the west race, for the strong swordsmen as supportive units. i chose spear and in the 2nd half of the campaign i won by just putting a book on the space key and producing spear men in line. i know thats not very genuine, but hey - i surely got one of the most economized winning strategies! a downside of the cheap unit-strategy is, that a lot of them get killed and the opponent has twice or tripple the ammount of charges. can be annoying with giant troll or mounted spearman charges.

whats the point of the map? no tactics can be made, no advantages by different locations, no additional information. you just could have made a series of 25 battles.

Way to hard. I wouldn't have beaten it if someone hadn't played it under my account. And even then he had to use the wimpy strategy where you use only scouts. Way to hard. 2/5

this game is friggin awesome just needs to be balanced more,like whirler,kings guard,and spearmaster charge is rigged.and it gets too hard with the elite unit spams,btw g troll wayyyyy too ez for me,there shud be a sequel to this and warlords:heroes

I like this one better then Warlords heros because i like to ambush my enime XD i just like this one better because its acctually more easy then the other one so I think you should always play this one instead of the other one and always rate a five aor you wil regret it so you better play this and you better rate it and you better like it you got it now now have fun.

I reken that some games are shocking and some are good desktp tower defence is good protector is great warlords is great but the rest are crapppppppppppp!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But myself - i haven't tryed every game nearly so try them and give a comment about some i havn't said about

Damn, this game is hard with undead against humans, I conquered the Demon lands before I finally defeated the Humans. Oh well, I did beat them. Love this game!

Allow me to correct that if you will. It says "Conquer all 25 maps with ANY race." You don't have to beat it with all the races.
