Although there have been some improvements, I still see problems:
* while your race has slots locked, so should the enemy, I don't like finding my army with same enemy as before but now with whole different slot use!!!!
* percentages go up after you win a map??
* some maps are harder because your race has 'wrong' slots (should keep that in mind with %!)
* the Giant Troll is waaaaay too expensive, while the other races (AI) just keep sending in their tough troops, while your troops dont have upgrades because GT is so costly!
It's an okay game, but personally feel you're better with sci-fi, make SDG v3!! :D

I prefer spamming upgraded Swordsman, alternating with a Spearman or Scout occasionally. Allows me to win a little faster if I have a few faster recharge, faster speed units mixed in.
The AI needs to alternate strategies better. Have it spam faster units if the person playing is doing that as well. Then again with this game patience is the winning factor a lot of the time.
In addition to the Charge feature, maybe have a Earthquake which lightlly damages all enemy units and scatters them on the map. That way the AI could break spamming occasionally making it a little harder.

I think the build speed is the spearmen's greatest advantage and could be solved by either
making each army have a different base unit that had the fast build speed.
or by somehow adding a build speed upgrade which honestly was what I thought the speed upgrade was the first time I loaded the game.
also as a correction to my other comment I noticed the 2 player battle i just hadn't looked very hard to read the font.

After playing through the whole game twice, I have one thing to add: Whirlers are ridiculously broken, I think I managed to kill maybe three of them, one Whirler killed a whole line of upgraded spearmen plus several Horse spearmen

The whole "spearman charge" strategy either wins quickly or loses dismally - I'm guessing things have changes since some comments here :)

This game is really fun at lower levels, where most units seem fairly balanced (except archers, I think you tweaked them a bit too much), but once you get to around 60% it gets ridiculously hard. Also, most of the advanced units are utterly worthless, their respawn timer takes so long you could put out 5-6 basic units and they don't seem to be much better. Also, the upgrades don't seem very effective for their cost. At higher levels one enemy longswordsman can kill 4 or 5 of my upgraded ones.

*Spoiler Warning* The "Flood Them with Spearmen" Strategy to Guarantted Success: 1. choose a race with spearmen (i like Undead); 2. spend all your money on spear and speed upgrades (favoring spear); 3. pick a lane and send spearmen in a single lane as quickly as possible holding down the space bar the whole time; 5. Ignore what the opposition does, let their guys through, you are putting guys into play quicker; 6. Use your charge (Q) when you can.

Very good game. Only complaint is that the enemies can be a bit dull at times. I completed the campaign as the Mountain Trolls and unlocked the demons!

You should add a computer turn after each failed or successful battle for them to counter attack allowing you to actually lose territory.
I noticed that at lower difficulties it is too easy to just pick a good or quick unit and spam one lane to win the battle. Maybe allow units to attack adjacent lanes as well as their own?
Also adding a two player mode where you cannot see the arrows, having P2 use the other end of the keyboard would be cool.

1/5 since the best strategy is to just spam spearmen. If you play the game like it should be played at higher difficulty levels it is too hard. Spearmen spam and you aren't even challenged.

great sound effects, great animations, fun idea. add a little more (like upgrades based on territory and more varied units) and you'll have a huge hit! good job

Also, forgive my double-comment, but it must be said: you uploaded a new version, spent time tweaking units (more like nerfing the entire Night Elf race) and adding new buttons, but didn't implement the most asked for function (Pausing)?

I don't like the new version. On the last territories if you try and actually play strategically you'll just get your ass handed to you. But if you just sit there and send a single constant line of Spearmen, ignoring all other units, you will win. This wasn't apparent in the old version, and at least created the illusion of being strategic.

I cannot beat Orthshire to save my life. Everything else was pretty easy, but that last territory is just impossible. When their basic unit is formed as quick as anything I have but can take out 5-6 of my best troops by itself... I just can't fathom how to do this.

It was fun until I had to beat a hard level, and tried scouts. And you can beat the game with just scouts (and probably spearmen) as any race. The computer AI doesn't respond to 8 lane rushes.

Good Game, but way too easy. I could hold down space on spear men, and no matter what they had, my spears would always overpower them after a speed an armor and a spear upgrade. That was what, 4 levels into the game?

With undead, you can win using only spearmen and alabardiers (I conquered the demons first, without losing a sigle battle).

The game is really easy with Men Of The West.
The mountain trolls nothing compared to archers.
I dont see why every1 is saying its hard... O.o
