i thought i was about to have a heart attack i beat the all the demons at lvl 17 with men of the west foloing own4g3's plan but not with the spearmen and out of no where it was a even match the axemen where attacking my swordsmen and where really fast all the sudden im losing with 30 secs to go my swordsmen break trhought to be slow downed by axemen i start sending scouts and win (Invest in scouts!)

You are all wrong be anyone and upgrade spears, armour, and speed all by as much as you want (recomended +4 each) and then keep spamming spears. Any1 who disagrees thats fine with me.

Trolls suck...as soon as the enemy starts charging for a troll, send a hail mary of your fastest units down every avenue of attack. Once the giant arrives (if the enemy is still alive), simply fight in every avenue but the giant's. You should overrun the enemy very quickly.

Well, i think that undead is usally good for start.
First earn some money to buy halberd Then spam it and spearman
Then buy mage and flailer if you got money then upgrade speed and money ( upgrade spear also possible)
Then tada you should win easily

Despite what every1 is saying just be any race upgrade spearman to 4 then upgrade
armor and speed twice and from then on spam spearmen its not that hard really Still good game 4/5

Best unit depends on armor and whatnot. An Axe Thrower could stop a Giant Troll, if the Troll has low armor and the Axe Thrower has high marksmanship and armor./..

guys the demons suck the best is the humans with the king's guard he does 90 damage ad 130 armor but the spearmaster has only 120 armor and does only 45 damage so the demons suck balls!

A town thing where you can put garrisons for when territories are attacked is a good idea, and make territories be attacked by enemies, so the game is a little harder...

Other Tips:
Against Mountain Trolls...AVOID THE TROLLS and then the cant get a massive charge.
Against Night Elves, try to use mages/ fast units to kill them.
Against Human Allience try to use like whirlers/flailers or mounted units on kings guards.
And rangers with a "Q" Charge pwns ppl
Halberds + armor on undead = pwnage.
