when playing as Ellder there is a way to get three other people to help. right when you're about to enter the wood elves main place. you hire two spear men(because they are cheap, but they do a good job) and then make sure they survive the wood elf boss fight. after you kill the first boss the wood elf king comes in your group, and if your two spear men survive you get four to help you on your way and for me they stayed all the to the end...... useful tip: don't buy all the fighting moves because when you want to do a move, the guy will just do a move that you don't want...... For Ellder. first buy inverse whirl. then thrusting forward whirl. then, backflip thrust. and maybe knee stamp(i survive quiet easily with just these moves). then use the rest of the money you get for armor. one more thing, some moves need timing... hope this helps (anyone playing as Ellder).

it would be nice if there was an enemie countdown so if i'm trying to kill one last guy to end the day i dont want to kill this one guy the comes a bunch of other guys ex: i'm killing a axeman so i could finish lvl but then 3 mounted spearmen came then 2 longsword men like WTF??!!

It would be neat if itg had a sequel wer you could use ANY race you wanted and could hire more henchmen plus if you agree

the different races will fight each other leaving u scotch free
this is hard to do because they injure u a lot

wow the undead are grumpy on the human campaign, i think if anyone else thinks that they shouldn't ambush you every 2 seconds then they should report a bug...

lol, I dfeated the wood elf king survived in my first chapter, but in the second and third it said " the king acompanying the young elf either died of left"

I but followers to protect myself, not to protect them! They go like stupid kids after the enemy, and I always have to get back! I was at the end of a level, with both allies, then the next 4 enemies came from behind, so they couldn`t let me finish, and both died, I lost 3 lives until i finished the level because they are stupid and can`t wait for the enemy to come!

You know, I gave this a 5/5 at first, and came back to get the achievements, and I remember now how immensely irritating the kick-spamming computers are. The ai needs some work, and the henchmen always should be able to keep up. Apart from that, good game.

I like the cliffhangers at the end of each episode. All of the plots tie together at the very end.

when you recruit the king before your battle him hire 2 soldiers make sure they dont die so when you hire the king you get 4 troops to battle

Lost interest pretty rapidly. Seems like a good game but henchman AI seems poor - the wood elf kings modus operandi seemed to be to charge in and just sorta stand there while getting beaten on.

omg i keep getting killed by a army of horsemen combined with normal units.horsemen cant kick so i can guard but if they get helped by normal units its torture.

It would be REAL AWESOME if Gladiator Mode was Online.You would be able to fight other people and earn EXP and Level Up and buy Armor.It would be Great.I hope that in the next Warlords Heroes you can play Gladiator Mode Online.

lol i usually underestimate the wood elves like in warlords call to arms 1 and 2 but in gladiator but 70% of the time i always got killed by a wood elf

I was playing survival mode then i think i got 158 kills then i died by a demon then an elf killed him lol now my kills are 159 ha!

If you are to pathetic to even kill a gladiator then this won't work for you. But if you are good enough to kill at least one gladiator easily then this will be no problem
