BUG: savegames are gone after closing the browser.
I get the "continue" option in normal mode as intended after an autosave when I go back to the Main Menu. When I close the browser an come back later I only get the start new episode options. Sucks bad tbh...

this game keeps getting worse and worse. I just got kicked to death. The impossible badge cant be completed without cheating unless someone knows a way to beat the long swordsman whos sword is longer than the orcs.

Armor doesnt seem to work
Enemies are annoying and overpowered sometimes
Death enemies kill you
Skills are allways the same technique and also the same buttons you can have all them but it will randomly use them

I must say a good game until the demons part in the first chapter, i havn't played the others fearing the difficulty, i barely made it through 1 hard level let alone 2 more? when you have 3 swordsmen and 2 mouted units on the playing field, (I must ask) how do you survive, after they start attacking your dead in aobut 3 seconds, even if you block. sorry but 1/5 for extreme difficulty try lowering the damage or giving more lives or infact how many people come on to fight.

Its way better than Achilles, with some more work it might get over 1/5 !
Just horrible game design but on a way to at least be fun some levels

Dammit Ben, i miss the creepy eyes intro. As for the Game, i already liked ACHILIIIIES!!111!zomg, so i like this one too, of course.

seriously, add a real save function! i almost completed the entire episode 1 set before i went to bed and now there is no record at all of it although the easier badges that i got are still here

I was just killed by an archer... this might happen. The problem was, I had killed him or better said, I had decapitated him. Not only is it difficult to shoot with a bow without having a head, it is actually impossible to do it for a living being after being killed. Furthermore is the whole collision system flawed. I was hit several times even though the enemy had been out of reach. The game is boring and stupid. Achilles hd been fun, but this is just pointless, like a bad joke that had been told at least a hundred times; ti will not get better. one more thing: it is impossible to fight when surrounded by them; in the sense of being attacked from the left as well as the right side. As already mentioned before: attacking multiple enemies at a time is impossible. This games sucks. Horrible flawed.

so friggen unfair. Giving the gladiators kick damage while taking ours away makes winning impossible because when you block they kick and still do as much damage as if they hit you. I can kill every elite gladiator but one cause of it.

The Achiles Engine sucked balls. This game has way too many problems.
1) Decapitated enemies still can hit you before they "die" 2) Henchmen you can hire are retarded. 3) Later on enemies damage is just insaine while ours becomes like nothing. 4) Can only hit one target at a time, while their can be up to 8 enemies on the screen 5) Worse kick/stun lock then achiles from the enemies. Actually lost all 5 lives from that on 2 demons.

woot beat it!! and quash it makes it more realalistic because you wouldnt be hiting some one and a 21! pops over there head.... they could have block it and there shield hit there face

it would be nice to sell some combat techniques, or select them, because after exploring all of them i don't want to re-start the whole campaign just to buy a few skills

need to be able to control combo moves, (alot is just the same button, giving a random move, giving uncontrollable character which ultimately leaves to the upgrades you just bought were futile and ruined your char), would be nice with a demonstration of the move tho. Alot of the damage is random, that is annoying. And there should really be a trick to every enemy, to defeat him without taking damage, i found the hardest enemy the swordsman, because there is no trick to him O_o.
You should be able to change weapons giving same amount of weapons as in Warlords: Call to arms.
Henchmen sucks, they die off the first rider entering the screen, unless you are lucky to 1 hit him ofcourse!..

Real-life person has 1 life. You die, game over. 5 lives = 5 deaths till game over.
It doesn't say 'Extra 5 lives left', or '5 more lives', does it?

Demons are fked up. they are too hard decrease the amount of demons because the spearman and swordman of demons are

the fighting style ruins the game. FFS I CAN ONLY HOT 1 TARGET AT A TIME!!!. whats wrong with that, oh i got it! IT MAKES THE GAME IMPOSSIBLE TO BEAT

Great game, but it still needs some improvements:
1)5 LIFES, NOT 4;
2)there are some problems with the saving;
3)I generally agree with previous comments, to make it short.
But still a good game. 5/5.

can you update the game so the special moves will vary, now you have like three attacks for one character that use key combination forward + t, so you never know wich one will your character perform, try something like down+foward+t for example.

1.5/5 this game is broken. when more than 3 bad guys are on the screen at the same time, u die in 5 second, especially with a horseman on the screen

One last rant. If you're going to disable damage for kicks because players abuse them, disable damage for kicks for the gladiators too, because they spam kicks just as much.

nice game, whatever other people say, but my idiotic swordsman is always to the opponent firs and get himself hacked to pieces. people have a point, you should be able to get different weapons for the same character and there should be upgrades for your men

this game would be tolerable if you could choose the fighting moves for survival and gladiator modes (and Episode 4, for that matter). Otherwise, the whole element of skill/strategy just goes out the door.
