Finally beat story mode! I got frustrated a lot, but the strategy guide actually helped. Don't buy too many special moves for each key combo, so you know what to expect; also after I got the hang of blocking and figured out weapon ranges things were a little better. Still easy to get overwhelmed by multiple enemies on screen, especially when your character can't decide which one to target...

The story is kinda a piece of cake, just time consuming. The gladiator mode is defo the challenging part of the game, I dont like much the commands as they are (personal taste) but thats about accurate to make it as simple as arrows+4/5 and the choice is accurate. There's an excellent video walkthrough if you like Toldor, and another as good for Prince Aldon.The key is, find the good timing, train, try, get use to it & be lucky enough to hit the 'nasty' opponents first to take them down asap and being able to stick the path till you hit 13th fight. Glad to be done with that. 4/5

hey if you need to make fun of enemies, then use the cheat that gives you instant kill. it works perfectly. (you need to beat all stories to do this)
