i agree with pooploops on the fact that enemies just go completely berserk, and dont let u get a chance to attack, plus attacks r too weak so they take alot of time to kill. not to mention the archers absolutely suck, cuz they take like 30 arrows to kill 1 person. Also the difficulty, which says easy, medium, or hard when u nhover over a lvl, is really bad.After i rescued the elf king, i went to a medium difficulty place on my way to the demons. i found myself surrounded by about 5 ppl at once including like 2 mounted units, and u said u would rarely find em outside of a hard difficulty place...

So it's not perfect, but it's still one of my favorite games along with achilles. There's not enough fighting games like this and DJStatika I urge you to make more; they rock!

The only difficulty in the game is that the enemies that are hard are so because they don't give you a chance to attack and just go apeshit. Case in point: Giant Demon. No way to outsmart him, just have to *hope* he doesn't use his big sword thing 50 times in a row on you.

Here's an issue: after you've defeated the first boss, and you go back to the map, depending on what route you took, you can 'fight yourself into a corner' so to speak!. im stuck in one region with no routes to get out, so i cant do anything besides start a new game >_<

While I will say this is an improvement from Achilles, as really, anything would be, there are still some major problems I have with it: Mobs still spell death, especially when stuck on one of the 'spawn points' and about 5 guys are on you; the random damage, while it does make some sense realistically, is just plain annoying; and the moveset overlaps WAY too much. If you are going to set it up that way, at least make the moves toggle-able. That way people could choose, rather than just crossing their fingers and praying for the right one. Oh, and of course the saving, but that is more a technical bug. The map conquest and different characters help it, though, so an alright game overall.

The AI is the worst part. My henchmen are supposed to stand behind me, sure, but then when there is a back attack and I try to get in front, they STILL go back, right into the fray.

killing halberders, battleaxemen, and things with long wepons: have at least 1 ranged henchmen, and just defend and make sure they are attacking you. you wont get hurt, and the henchmen will slowly kill them
