I think Gladiator mode would be a lot more do-able if the kicks worked all the time instead of having them ignore it. Also, if the small-shielded swordsman's shield bash attack didn't make him move twice as fast as you, he would be a lot more do-able.

theres a glitch, use elder the night elf or 1st episode, then stay with the bandits till u reach 15 to 20 kills then ur real enemies will act the same unless u hit them twice but not dead yet :D :P :)

I agree with Nerkal. The balancing of this game is just ridiculous. I understand the whole random damage concept, but hitting someone with a sharp object should never do 0 damage, especially when the computer never hits for 0 damage. Also, a kick should be as reliable for the player as it is for the computer. Also it would help if you could choose what moves you had for Gladiator mode, i.e. being given a set amount of gold to optimize the character, instead of having to guess what move you're going to pull next. The amount of luck you need to get anywhere in Gladiator mode pushes this game from challenging to just plain frustrating.

achilles was better beacause at least you cuold pick up a spear and have one instatnt kill. The author fails to understand that making the character totally defenseless against kicks (and other stun atacks) totally destroys the game dynamics.

I had the problem with the autosave but I fixed it by right clicking on the game, going to "settings" and raising the amount of disk space the game is allowed to use. Now, it autosaves just fine for me every time.

constantly damaged by headless guys, lost nearly half my life to a normal axeman in one hit on an easy lvl and i had armour.... good game just to many bugs...

Now that spawning is only disabled while you are at the very end i don't know how many times I lost because I had to go a tiny bit to the left to kill an archer or horseback rider and had extra enemies spawn because of that tiny bit. Why was this even changed? What could of been worse than this?

I love hoe the mounted units come at you so fast and how its so damn hard to kill them. P.S. you should be able take the horse after you kill the guy thats on it
