@kamu The wiki is always helpful https://oceania-game.fandom.com/wiki/Winter_Cup_2024 but for your issues. The berry/mushroom gathering requires feeding the hedgehogs, the pits I remember there was 2 by the left side unfinished pond, 1 on a path , cant remember the 4th sry

I need help/suggestion with the Winter Cup. I got totally stucked with both Bronze and Silver quest line (Gold is not available for me) In bronze the last quest has problem, the "Collect Forrest Goods" is stopped at 22/25, can't find any more berries or mushrooms. I don't think that I have collected any before the quest appeared to me, but not sure. In Silver I got stuck with the very first questline, I can only find 3 pits. Any suggestts where the 4th might be? Maybe hidden in some unreachable place?

@tam I can't do the final quest since I haven't progressed far enough on main island, but i have found and fed 2 babies to adult and the 3rd almost there, but now quest shows

it's not secret. once you upgrade the workshop, you can go to hawaii, buy a travelling pod in the shop and use that to go there.
the main reward for it is only available to players with the bridge restored, though you can harvest the mango tree, and whatever else you like. (move mango tree)

@bakkart: it only counts the 3 elephants which are already on the archipelago. if you feed all three until grown, you get the reward

@jumpingspider you need to make your KONG profile NOT private (so public) the game isnt loading friends if your profile is private. And you add people outside the game on kong itself as a friend.

How do you add friends? I clicked the + sign, added some names on my list. Some of them are showing up to do tasks on my island, but I can't go to theirs?

do side quests disappear if you progress to a new chapter? I'm almost done the clay colossus (just build the head), but I have several half done side quests I wouldn't want to lose the time/resources I put into them.

@jumpingspider I don't know about the ingame add/invite, but using the friends/fan page in your profile works to add new people.

Dont Build CLAY Wood Shed, it wont make progress on the quest of building 3 CLAY sheds.

Found the last pit: It was behind the pond to the north west or upper left hand side. It was behind some jungle tree tiles.

Just an obvious note about those pesky beehives in the upper left (event) -- remember that the Move icon will allow you to move these, even though right-click doesn't show movability.

@CodeDragondm, you need to feed adult hedgehogs, as they can give both berries and mushrooms, and you aren't given enough anyway to complete it without doing so.

1) When the event ends, the reputation gained from items like the trough typically remains intact unless otherwise stated by the event rules or mechanics.
2) Even if the reputation gain isn't permanent, it's still beneficial to hold onto these items if they can be reused in future events or if there's a chance they may become permanent in future updates.

For the event, two item-building questions. 1) When we build an item that gives reputation (such as a trough), what happens to that reputation when the event is over? 2) If the reputation gain isn't permanent, is there any reason NOT to sell these items?

@bakkart -- Hey, you can check out the "Resource" tasks, such as anthills, fireplaces, clay/rock/gem pits, and water. They provide shells every time. Beehives seem to be the easiest, since it's slightly higher (3 shells per help) and if someone has a row of them, well, there you go.

@Terastas i also collected the mushrooms and berries to get some space in this terrible event. this doesn't seem to be a very well thought out event at all. and given the extra time limits, which is probably the way forward for future events, i think i am just going to call it a day with this game.
