@carrots4, you need to add them to your kong account friends list for them to appear in game. Go to https://www.kongregate.com/accounts/carrots4/fans, then click 'add friend' to add them. Then you reload oceania and they will have been added to your in game friends list.

Something else that could save a lot of time: If, when performing actions for a friend, we don't have to walk over and do them: We just select them. They won't actually get done until the player we're helping logs back on and accepts the help anyway.

To be more specific, there are friends who have sent gifts and done favours, but they show up as "unknown" in the gift list, and are not in my friend list even though I seem to be in theirs.

I wish -1 action's animation by skill levels for game speed. each action need 5 animation. it takes time. example woodcutting, chopping wood 1000 times = lvl.2. @lvl.5, it ends in 1 swing. skill levels r displayed in my corner.

Apparently you can move empty fields around, which is a real gamechanger for me. Is this a new feature or did I just now notice it?

Tip for newcommers: when you visit a friend's island and their crops/animals are surrounded by a yellow aura it means that somebody already helped with those crops/animals. Find something else. Chopping trees is always okay, even if they are yellowish. Beehives, wells, claypits etc. have 5 or more "charges", but anthill only 1. Make your friends happy, they will help you too.

@Yamamba: special rewards like animals or trophies are given only when the collection is completed for the first time. Further completions will give only the packs (seed pack in case of feather collection)

Crafting seems bugged? I've crafted 3x3 stone bricks twice now, but both times I've only gotten 1x3 stone bricks, while all three were removed from the crafting queue. Waste of clay!

Less than an hour to grid to get the badge of the day. Not my kind of game though, but at least you don't need to spend money to play as you get enough free rubies and shells.

IF you know what you arte doing, you can get the BotD in a few hours by using level up energy. but it's better to start a day early and have some hours or a night for regeneration

Maybe I should start this game today if it takes longer than a day to complete. Although I already have 20 max energy out of 22, which I reached in 8 minutes on October 8 when the easy badge was BOTD. Maybe the 2 extra levels take extra long or people are exaggerating how long it takes.

leave a comment here so ppl can add you and help get the badge of the day. Focus on main quests and level up to get extra energy. If you help friends you can get enough levels to finish the medium badge in a day.
