When you’re sliding down the hills etc., you should come across a platform that has a down arrow. Ignore that, and jump on the platform. Keep going up, and you should see oiled walls. Slide up those walls, keep going up, and you should see the door.

Am I missing something, or is the level 3 golf hole just downright evil? I can't figure out how to get it high enough and with enough control to land on something solid.
