This game is good but really easy. My first run was to floor 19, then the second run beat 80. Bearly ever used picks or pots either, just lots of regen and heal spell. Still 5/5 for effective wasting quite a bit of my time.

A message to the developer. With the journals you hyped up a big ending boss battle with a demon. The actual final boss was nothing like this making it an anticlimax. Still a great game overall but the ending was disappointing to say the least.

ingrediants have 2 bonuses they can give when you enchant an item, if you really like a bonus say +4 mp regen to duplicate the "bonus" (requires 2 of the same ingrediant) transmute the ingrediant once and have the same ingrediant not transmuted it will allow you to put the same ingrediant on the item twice downside is this costs an extra 25 from the transmute so bring plenty of mana potions

Not sure if someone found this one already, but you can use the magic pickaxe to dig around the giant spider on lvl 25 and collect the super good prizes there. You need 4 of them. I repeated this 3 times and after that was powerful enough to go straight through the rest of the way and kill the wizard! No returns to town b/w lvls 20 and 80! Fun little cheat. You might have to go back a couple times b/w lvls 20 and 25 to collect enough pickaxes tho. Make sure to buy all of them from the shop!

I got so far on one run with so many new artifacts before... getting lucky critted by some guy losing everything... Now I only have two items and starting all over again... Alright! I'm good with that, the game is fun enough where I'll go through again :P

Great game ! I lost a couple of days on it!
I found a bug though:
- start enchanting an item from your equipment
- replace the equipment to enchant (preferably with something worthless)
- exit the enchant window
-> the replacing equipment is lost, but the starting equipment is now still equipped AND duplicated in your inventory!
... if you're into this kind of things... quite effective with rings since you have 3 slots...

The only thing that the game needs... the downgrade button in the Skills menu. I really want to get my points out of the potion skills.

wbaishi, potion skills are probably the least desired skill since most of your healing should come from the heal spell.

Goes in the cave to get treasure. Learns that someone is conjuring monsters with human souls. Finds an mp regen gear and thinks : "It's time to get back the human souls from those monsters to heal myself!". Finds a note about the sorcerer trying to conjure a super demon and thinks : "Great! Now I have a good reason to be greedy collecting every treasure and kill the man behind this!". Hears a little voice in his head : "Maybe I should take the evidence of this evil plan and seal the entrance of the cave with the other adventurers? Nah, It's much more simple to kill the guy behind this, why should I let another greedy person claim all these treasures?".
Am I the only one thinking my character isn't better than the sorcerer?

ooh and focus on MP REGEN, because with MP you can heal, or transmute, and trust me, you'd wanna transmute a lot of stuff, like certain gears with +5 mp regen, yeah use those

tips: 1) when you first start out, focus on the atk/def tree, and chose atk/def permanent stat buff accordingly to your needs. 2) branch into the heal spell asap, then focus on finishing your atk/def tree. 3) don't bother with elemental damage on magic tree, focus instead on transmute midway into finish your atk/def tree. 4) telekensis is optional, not necessary, i don't use it actually. 5) when you first start out do your best to go as deep as possible, remember if you need pots, you can craft them with materials. 6) transmute lets you bring back important gear so you can enter lower lvls on farm mode. 7) kill most things, not all things, but most, like new monsters that do mad dmg to you, avoid those until you get better gear.

Telekinesis is another friend! Can save the trouble of having to go through some fights you that may prove difficult at any point in the game.

Awesome game, sadly broken (as many rogue-like games) by regen mechanics :(
I was able to achieve floor 80 in 3rd run and escaped from sorcerer only because I run out of potions on last few floors (didn't have heal spell). I finished game in 4 runs (still w/o heal) and have hunger for so much more! Game needs more story, more character development in town, MORE FLOORS (damn, it BEGS to be 100!) and LESS regen.
Oh and if you wonder how to beat game fast - focus only on defense, get transmutation skill fast, put a lot of gel and troll poo on everything you got (hp reg) and squeeze some cabbage into that mage equipment (mp reg). After 40 you will need 50 ice def, so put some penguin legs into that yeti shield and cozy armor and you will be fine. Last floors on 3rd run is just juggling eq you got depending on enemy you are about to face. Basically every time when you start getting in trouble game gives you pice of equipment you need to survive.

Found a bug/exploit: I used the "enchant" button that appears above equipped items to select one of my equipped rings (a Shadow Ring). I then equipped a Royal Ring in that slot, and then started looking at enchanting the Royal Ring. I then left the forge, and when I returned, I had two copies of the Shadow Ring (one equipped and one in inventory), and the Royal Ring was gone!
(I'm not actually sure I kept the Royal Ring equipped, but I do know I swapped it!)

very weak. should be named enchanted cave 2. only ruins the `magic` of first one. graphics: very low. option selections/arrangements: under any circumstances. 1 star. the creator honestly should bother for this..... only if hell get with some major improvements ofc, otherwise this is just a big -.

There should be an option to inherit enchantments.
For example take *+HP Regen* from a helmet and give it to a shield, then the shield has *+HP Regen* instead of the helmet.
