Game is fun, lots of loot, great difficulty spike. The levels can get a little bit repetitive. Was having great fun with this game until...
Decided to go for a run from floor 40. Going along, getting great gear, hit each shop and decide I don't need to go back to the town, I'll just continue along. Make it ALL THE WAY TO 80. I die because i forgot to buy more potions from the last shop. My bad. Figure I will go back on 70 or 80, and just brute force it.
But no. Gamemakers. I die and it turns out the game forgets all the levels/gear/time spent on that run. If i had used the angel wings, it would have been fine. But it seems a little dumb to punish some for not using the wings. Just a thought. Probably won't be playing again based on what happened.

When you get past Floor 40, Bleed and Decimate aren't very effective (each do 5 or 6 damage while the main attack does about 90). The Ninja Gear chest armor, however, is very nice (a 5% chance to insta-kill with each attack).

Was contacted by the dev while this was in progress, and again when it was finished. I like that. And the fact that we were LISTENED TO with the "cloth sack" problem.... Thank you. <3

I found a tiny little bug, if you step on a stairway to another floor, choose not to go in it and then walk off of it, the icon dissapeared from the map. Also it would be nice to be able to walk over them instead of walking back once having pressed the "NO" button.

mediax: get the transmute spell. Tip: it appears there are 2 secret rooms every 10 floors; 1 in the 1st 5 floors and the 2nd in the last 5 floors.

As a fan of Enchanted Cave 1, the improvements laid out in this installment are absolutely amazing. Everything I could have asked for in a sequel has been delivered and more. And that skill tree.... Are you kidding me??? 5/5 all day long. Bra-freaking-vo.

@mediax You can use the Escape Wings (Found in chests) to leave the dungeon. When you do this you keep any artifact item. You can also get the Transmutation Spell to convert any equipment item into an artifact Permanently.

a bit interaction with the people in town , more quests , a bit more talking , shops , and with time more and more people coming to town .
just more interaction with the town .
and I think the items of the guy selling near the tavern , are a bit too strong at the time you can buy them , and with moving on in the game I felt the lvl ups are not that strong anymore , compared to how many stat increasing shards i found
that´s for now , everything else was great , continue :)

I enjoyed it a lot ! ..
great improvements compared to last game .
a few thoughts what could have been better/different
( the game is very good I just want to share my thoughts with you :) )
The ending was a bit disapointing , a cutscene , or perhaps a suprising way to floor 90 , 100 .. with 2 more bosses ?
an option to divide the euqipment in to parts , for crafting and forging .
I know that´s not easy and takes some time , but perhaps at least a visual change of the weapon , I´d love to see my new weapon actually swinging ^^
Or a kinda coloseum style side event , where you can battle strong single monster , or something like a wanted board.
part2 >

my only question is: how do i get out of the cave without losing my item for the Mission?
But the game is really good. I would say better than part 1 ;)

After passing trough 49 floors, i ended up dying o a mimic that i never knew existed on the game... Thanks for all wasted run time

Hey dev, there's an "it's" in the last text box of the game that should be an "its", without the apostrophe. i.e. instead of "it is", it should be "belonging to it".

I apologize if anyone already asked this, but.. was the music at all inspired by Banjo Kazooie? It brings back memories of some of my favorite childhood gaming either way.

I really liked the original, and it helped me through many monotonous days. The sequel is exactly what I'd hope for. Thank you!

Mimics shouldn't be red on the map. I mean.. I'm going to fight them all anyways, but I shouldn't know they are monsters either

I didn't expect to be able to use the pickaxe on last level... therefore in spite of all I was smart enough (potion duration ;) exactly 3 battles, that was close)

I am enjoying a glitch where every item i pick up comes with me out of the cave whether I cast Transmute on it or not. Please don't fix. :)

What'd be great is if the cloths would change based on the equipment you're wearing. Because seeing the same clothing even after you equip a new piece of equipment is kind of dissatisfying. If this is supposed to be an RPG then shouldn't the players appearance change based on what he equips? I mean im sure its alot of extra work to code that in but it would be nice to see the guys equipment change based on what he wears. Also if the weapon would change based on what weapon he has equipped. Ex: if he has the fire dagger equipped he would instead of holding a regular long sword he'd have a small dagger thats on fire. It would just be so much more visually appealing. But seriously This is a great step up from the original enchanted cave you've really improved! I was expecting it to be the same final fantasyish graphics but instead i was surprised by beefed up graphics and interesting story plot.

Love the game! Here are some things I'd love to see added.
1. When comparing go back when clicking empty space or by pressing escape. Right now it goes back to the battle leaving the compare screen up until you press it again.
2. X Percent of mana and health restored on level up.
3. A wings mastery skill that gives a small chance to keep normal items.
4. Curse skills like reduced monster accuracy, attack speed, damage for X attacks.
5. HP to MP skill.
6. A crafting option to destroy items for a chance to get crafting materials.

There is an item dupe bug that replaces an item for what is duped... Open the forge, go to items while still in forge, click on equipped item to dupe and click on enchant so that it is sent into the forge while your equipped with it, then choose the item you wish to replace and click it so that it replaces the equipped item in the forge. Now close the forge and return to items to find that you're still equipped and now have an extra the has replaced the item you choose. (This replaces whole stacks!) If exploited carefully this can net you better items in place of crappy items. If not careful this can replace items you didn't want to replace. This should be fixed asap in my opinion, as it can easily cause unnoticed lose of items.

For me, this game is only worth for 2/5. I don't think the story is interesting enough, and the game is too simple and the ctrl interface is not user-friendly for me. I added all my point to magic stat, but at the end I realized that it was totally useless. If I add all points to defend stat, it is pretty sure that I can beat the game no more than 3 run (5or6 now). So, I want to ask why so many people rate this game for 5 stars? Is there any interesting I was missing?

Your game is awesome but i would be better if the armor and sword was visible on the charachter, also more kind of weapons like axes, spears
