On my third run, I got all the way to level 17 with some wonderful equips... died from a dumb mistake. Did 30-40 floors, died on floor 72. now I'm back to level 11 with terrible equips. I quit :|

numerically, you can literally become invincible. your opponents can only do zero's if you build properly... for this reason defense is stronger than attack in upgrade.

tip: A way to get some extra $$ is to sell the materials with merchants you meet. Depends on what build you have/want/like, but I sell all mats besides the MP regen, HP regen, high Bleed, high Decimate, high Dark Atk, and high Attack mats (Fractal Cabbage, Blue Jungle Berries, Bloodthorn, Heart of Darkness, Voidweed, and Explosive Lime in that order).

Nice game. Gold increase, +MP, +HP, crit, dodge are all bad stats though,
In addition, all spells aside from transmute and heal (or /possibly/ telekinesis? haven't tried) are quite terrible. All the attack magic does the same thing which is dumb, and it doesn't increase 1:1 with magic, which is also dumb. They should deal more damage or cost less mana, and they should have varied effects like a ranged attack, or damage that can happen regardless of your attack turn (like how heal works)

I'm only five minutes in, and I'm really liking this game. I saw it about a year ago but didn't have time to play, and then yesterday Kong gave extra points for a badge on Enchanted Cave 1, and after beating that I thought I'd take a look at this. It's clearly MUCH more robust. The skill tree alone is far larger than most I see these days. The main thing I'm wondering is, will this game keep the faster pace and heavy emphasis on battle of Enchanted Cave 1, or will it be more like a traditional RPG, with lots of focus on story and characters? EC1 managed to hold my interest through 100 floors of battling enemies (which you would think would be tedious), with essentially no story, owing to the interesting and strategic gameplay. Hopefully EC2 lives up to the first.

Well, after months of playing this game, I've finally killed him. The Sorcerer. Thank you so much, DustinAux. Thank you for posting this game on Kong. 4.9/5, 9.8/10 because we need a way to keep the Sorcerer's hidden journals.

I feel like the game is too slow and tedious. Combat feels more like a number management game than a role playing game. Music isn't great. The one thing keeping me playing this are the badges. I truly have no idea why this game is rated as highly as it is.
