Such a fun game. A little easy though with nothing really to do after you beat it. After about level 30 you pretty much can't die if all you buy is potions; especially once you get healing spells. Either way I enjoyed the game a lot. :D

Very nice game. Easily one of the best flash games i ever played fun-wise. Although i ran through it in one go, so a bit easy.

Wow... I am impressed. This is one of the greatest games on Kongregate. This is your first game? You, my friend, have a gift. 5/5 is too low a rating, but I can't put in 9001, so 5 will have to do.

Well, wow, I just finished the game, that went a lot quicker than I expected. Around level 30-40 I stopped using Escape Wings altogether. I didn't need to retreat and I didn't die once, going all the way to beat the end boss. The challenge became nonexistant as long as I was able to heal now and then. Magic was useless besides the heal spells.

This game is retarded why delete a saved file retards -_- and seriously eat my **** for not telling me how to use the ONLY! healing source in the game and why wont it tell us how to use the items it tells you how to move but not how to use items so pretty much 1/10

Aren't Earth Golems supposed to have a higher resistance to Earth Strike? Because I do some 700 damage against an Earth Golem (who has 100 Earth Defense) with an Earth Strike.

This game is garbage. ZERO skill involved what so ever. I beat it a while back without using wings once. It's all about the uniques you get in the first 10 levels. That's it. No skill. You don't really do anything. How this game is rated so high is beyond comprehension.

who said it's easy? maybe I'm lame, but health potions are very rare, and expensive,
and there's no other chance at healing, so if you are unlucky (such as not finding potions for twenty levels) you are going to die.
also, as there's no xp and such, no point in killing monsters that are not in the way (the money they give is insignificant).
also shops don't seem to give me better items than I already have, they are only useful to buy potions.

Nice game, just completed it ^^ i'll give it a nice 4/5 for the gameplay and the overall enjoyabilityness (dunno if this word even exists, lol)

the boss is just way 2 ez, u should give him some magic power and extra damage... i got all these gems (lk 1k) and killed him in 3 hits cuz i was 2 afraid of him... little did i know, he was the equivalent of 2 of those rock golems >.<

when you use your wings you do keep the stat increases and as for the crap out of the boxes you have to pick your fights when just starting out dont go running into everything for a money bag only go for the monsters you know are harder if they have a gold chest or a stat gem behind them
get all the gold you can without dying though so when you use your wings you have some gold to buy stuff with when you enter back in rinse and repeat with that acouple times till you either have enough gold to get some decent gear starting off which is a good sword Katana worked well for me or you have some artifacts to use

I thought it was fun. A lot easier then I'd have liked. I beat it on my second run. But good idea. I was almost hoping I'd have to grind a little. Aside from being a little too easy and requiring less thoguht then id like, it was a really good game. 4/5 (I don't feel like it has much replay value, but it was fun the first play through.)

This games dumb made it to floor 90 and died with 200 health and it stole all my items and stats and sent me back to floor 19. Iv ran into meny bugs in the past but this is just bull to the max im never going to play this again nor any of you're other games in the future.

Note of VERY HIGH INTEREST : If you're stuck at a high level dungeon while getting bludgeonned to death because you just lost your non-artifact titanium balde while escaping, a good solution is to save the game then start a new game, you'll keep your items AND stats, but will start at level 1.

how to use potions/elemental attacks? Everytime i drag a pot to my hero it has some visual effect and my life doesnt change.

Just a note, the Charm of Assassination and Charm of the Ninja may be a little too overpowered (espeically since Charm of the Ninja is an artifact). I got my Charm of the Ninja on about floor 20-29 providing instant kills throughout. No other charm comes even close to being as useful as Assassination or Ninja. 5/5 for overall liking of the game though, good job.

I loved this game, but compared to the other "hard" badges on Kongregate, this might be the easiest one yet. That's not a complain towards the developer though - he's done a brilliant job - but rather to Kongregate. I guess I should complain about easy 30p, but i kinda expected a harder final battle when it's a "hard" badge :)

Only con I see, is the difficulty, which could be easily "fixed", with a harder game mode(tougher monsters?). Final boss is easy, but he's just an "evil merchant". Instead of making him even tougher, you could give him real dragons to protect him.

its a simple re-make of the optional cave in Lufia 2, still a great game 5/5
i just hope the boss on the 100th level is not a giant jelly, cuz at least for that he could think of something new

Quick guide: Getting the minor heal spell is really important. Once you do, you get to keep it and all other spells. Always decide at level X8 wheter to go to the shopkeeper at X9 because that will bump your starting level up 1. I bailed twice, taking my artifacts and gems due to bad luck with Heal. On the third time with my heal, that let me stay at enough HPs to get the ball rolling since each foe killed = +4 free HPs effectively. AVOID unnecessary fights! Gems disappear when taken and clear that path for you. Avoid chests if there are 2 extra uber dudes equivalent you have to fight, as its generally not worth it. When at merchant, focus almost solely on buying HEALING potions. The other stuff you can usually find, unless it is a BIG upgrade or a sword upgrade.
