There is a Mute button, it's "M". Also, amazing fun addictive game, but the magic is a pain. I still haven't figured out how to use it.

This game actually gets easier and easier as you go further down. Also the shopkeeper itens were 90% of the times better than those I found.
TIPS: 1) Ignore magic, and defense. Go pure brute force. It doesn't matter if you have low defence if you kill your enemies on the first strike.
2) Save your MP for using heal.
3)Just kill the enemies you have to, and ignore money bags.

Some of the improvements comments I have has been covered by Gigiya I would add change the artifact system so you cannot get duplicates. I am now 5 full runs in and I still cannot find my last artifact eye to get my last achievement. Frankly I am giving up on it since now I am just getting bored running through levels looking for yellow chests. 4.9/5 otherwise for this game.

Hm... I died and respawned at 39th floor with artefacts and stats. So the only bad side of death is loosing stat-stones, collected on last floors? I hoped it would be total Game Over...

Wait...... so the final boss is the shopkeeper!?........... Why exactly did he supply me with items to kill him with on level 99? That makes no sense. Also, why didn't he use the blade of the chosen? If he had it, why didn't he use it against me? Oh well....

The only problem I have is I got almost to the end using weapons I got out of chests, and when i used wings, im down to only my special stuff, which is rather weak. I've spent all my money and am now stuck on floor 89 unable to go anywhere.

Oh! Shopper on 19th floor said: "That's right, if this shop on floor 19 is the deepest you've been, you'll start at the shop on floor 9 next time!" – now I understand the system! ..)

A small modification that the creator could make is that you can see your equipment on your character. just thought that would be cool =)

why is it in every video game the hero doesn't start off with the best items the most powerful weapons $5'000'000 and a mansion?I would ask for all that.

*sigh* just fought from level 19 to level76 without dying and on level 77 accidentally got into a fight with a golem that insta killed me, looks like its time to start the plunge, again.

great game. 5/5 oh, and @Misterblahguy dude. there is no sell cap. when you sell an item , you 1/4 of its worth back. so if an item was worth 120, you'd get 30. if its worth 400, you'd get 100. its shameful an experienced lv 27 like you wouldn't notice this.

I found it works best if you focus on attack and agility, i can ko most things before they get to hit me, since i then get kills fast i get mp fast so i can heal fast so i can blahblahabahl o_O

Why is there a gold selling cap?? If my artifact costs 400, it should sell for more than my regular gloves, which costs 200. But noOOo, everything sells for 100 or less. Gyp.

Okay, I firmly believe that you've satisfied my love for the Ancient Cave in Lufia. While it is nearly impossible to reach the bottom of the Ancient Cave, this game provides a nice balance of items and stat gaining that make me wanna see what's on the next floor. And best of all, They're always random! HUZZAH! ^_^ Good job dude!

Just got the hard badge. Awesome game. Familiar enough to not have to read the instructions, and luckily there aren't any crazy-shit systems that lots of Flash RPGs have nowadays. All of the badges are attainable by anyone. My only complaint is that it gets a bit repetitive. Otherwise, 5/5!

I don't like, that the High Scores aren't working well. -- For Example, the Highest Damages allways will deleted. -- I guess, that some1 think, that they are cheated Values, like the "100 Mio Maximum Gold" Fantasy-Values. -- But with Magic, I deal 50.000 Damage. Easy. -- It would be great, if the Highest Damage Values won't be deleted in the Future -- Or delete all magic Damages, but the High Scores in the Damage Section are never done just with the Sword only, trust me :) -- Thx

A very enjoyable game! The magic system is a bit clunky though; it's hard to drag-and-drop spells in the middle of a battle. It would be nice if the magic system had a keyboard interface similar to the game's movement and attack. Using numbers keys to call up specific spells in battle is one suggestion for this.
Also, defense was capped at 100, although most of the defenses went over 100 by the end of the game. It would be good to uncap this and allow it to soar as high as the attack numbers do.
The shopkeeper is tedious. Why allow only the selling of 6 items at once? It would be nice to be able to select objects in the inventory and sell them simultaneously (liquidate the entire inventory at once!)

""" *Game concept inspired by the Ancient Cave, from Lufia II (SNES). Dungeon’s puzzle-like design also influenced by Tower of the Sorceror (downloadable freeware PC game) """
I love Lufia 2 (Snes) and I love this game !!!!
