omfg.. my system crushed.. i had to reinstall windows.. now iam back at level 1 with 100 gold.. instead of over 2 mio gold and plenty of items, etc pp >.> if u make a sequel dude, dont save local at the freakin cache or something like that.. *cries*

I got to floor 93, I was very powerful and I got lazy, then died. I hadn't used escape wings in a loonnggg time, so now I'm back to floor 9. FML.

In all fairness I think that the HP Potions are a little overpriced. But the thing is I was too focused on the game that I forgot about my HP and potions and died. XD. Great game though, 5/5!

Great game! Beat it on the third time (as in I had winged out twice). A bit too easy if you ask me. But its still an excellent game. 5/5 from me of course.

I completed the game earlier today.............then I went through the game again, killing every monster and opening every chest, now I've completed all the achievements I can leave the game alone.
It's a good feeling completing a game :)

@Scorpio: That happened to me too, made me just stop playing the game. I died on 96, brought back to 9. **** that, I'm not playing this game again.

Why is it that I died on floor 98 and was brought back to the store on floor 19?!!!! This happened a couple of times...second time on floor 90. I lost all the potions and stuff I had and a lot of really great armor .... so I just quit. It's not worth all that work to lose everything and go all the way back to the beginning.

One bug found, when you are trying to sell more things then you really can, then sometimes the excess thing becomes bugged and you can't remove it or sell it (normaly it's just going back to your inventory, but this bug appear, then it won't happen). It appears near your inventory usually to the left from the second row. I lost by this way a junk thing, but it would be much worse if it was something more valuable (even if you still wanted to sell it, because of the large money)... so uhh... i got to level 29 with a amazing gear and everything, but i was low on health so i used the wings and now i'm on 19 without any of my amazing gear because all my artifacts were eyes. now i do about 7 damage to the monsters that do 60+ to me... is there any way of getting back to level 9 or something?

I greatly enjoyed this game, and despite having gotten all the badges, am playing it again with a few new rules.
- I must not wear any gear.
- I must sell all non-artifact, spell, or potion/ether items at every shop.
- I may only buy potions/ethers.
- I must start at Floor 1.
The goal is to see how far I can go every time until I complete all the achievements.

I remembered wrong yesterday then.
Now that I thing about It, I do remember having to run 20 floors to face the final boss after losing to it.
...the instructions don't help trough, it says "when you start a new quest, you will start at the next to last shop you'vebeen to."

kiguchi, you start back at the second last shop (not the last shop) so if you aren't sufficiently far, i.e. at the 3rd shopkeeper, then you will restart at the beginning.

@nikoloy: if i remember right, u cant see into chests at the beginning. u have to find an "eye" first, which gives u that ability. -- e.g. u cant see the hp and stats of creeps too at the beginning. ;)

Oh yeah, Lufia II... I knew this seemed familiar. I f*cking loved that game. Beating Gades for the first time was boss, the music was boss, and the piece of music "For the Savior" was truly amazing.

i love the game, play it all the time. my only suggestion would adding a few things. For example, a stat screen of how many monsters killed, % of them killed, chests opened/unopened, etc. And maybe adding a difficulty setting; x2 = doubling monsters health, x4 = doubling health and attack and def. Dont add the health fountains, rookies need those.

did not know that you can see whats inside a treasure chest by clicking them until i am at floor 50..... that save time on finding useful things like spells.... that could be a useful info if i found out that early on.... click + for everyone to see

@ zvx1232003 when you reach lvl 19 and use escape wings you start at level nine. when you get to 29 you start at lvl 19. you get it yet?

Best thing about this game is the mix of useful artifacts and just as useful non-permanent items. Gives the player a sense of permanent advancement yet still offers hope every chest will hold something better. Also encourages players to adapt their strategy to what's available, rather than playing the exact same way every time.
