"Many, many attempts were made to fix several bugs.": Was the existance of my save file considered a bug that has been successfully fixed, or has it become a victim of many, many attempts?

this would be a brilliant game if when you equip items it shows it on your character (really weird when you equip a hat and its not on your head

lol, seriously, don't put in an auto save feature! I like seeing other people sweat for a change. let them get good at the game, not knock the difficulty down so when they lose focus they aren't penalized.
That shit used to cost a quarter.

DAMNIT!!! I got to level 88 with 9 big bottles HP juice. I spaced out and got into a fight without enough HP's. I restarted my computer and now I'm back to level 1. Just went from 5/5 to 3/5. It's a great game, but that just pissed me off.
Auto-save...PLEASE.

Great concept. I appreciated that battles went quick. That went a long ways to reduce potential tedium. Here are my suggestions, which should seem familiar…
1) Not challenging enough, especially near the end. If the last 10 levels were hell, the ability to go back and become stronger would mean a lot more. An idea that would take more time to implement is to put a boss on every 8th level, to mix things up and make advancement challenging. Or maybe add a super-hard boss at the end. Like an adult dragon.
2) Offensive magic needs hotkeys to be worth anything. Even then, it wouldn't be worth much unless it took less mp and the game were more challenging (or there were hard, required enemies that you needed it for).
3) The achievements are not challenging. The 300 damage in one swing should be closer to 750. Also, if the achievements had associated rewards, like the final boss, they would be more rewarding.
All in all, enjoyable game, and thanks for making it! 4/5.

How do you go back to the shop? there is no up ladder. And what is wiht the comments about loss of data? should I play this game?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
there are three bugs here. infinity potions, unlimited money generated and the track progress of the total number of floors got wrong : if you play 3 times 99 floors (kill boss)only, you can get seasoned spelunker badge

Agility is the stat you want the highest because the then you can kill some monsters before they even attack you. Floor 100 should have been harder. I found the boss a bit too easy.

Fun game except for a couple of bugs like being able to sell things continuously (i.e. unlimited gold and items), potions don't add to your status until you get a gem or a battle. I agree with previous poster that I might be tempted to use magic if it had hot keys. Also, no repeat artifacts and a way to access the medals you achieve. Game has a lot of potential, just needs some attention to detail. Thanks!

I return to find all my game data is gone. There really is no bigger turnoff than getting over halfway through a game and losing everything.

4/5 i couldn't get rid of any items even the dragon slayer and stuff i could sell every item as many times as i wanted and i only need one hp potion and one mp potion and i could use them again and again but my inventory had lke 200 items which i couldn't get rid of and the last boos is a merchant seriously it would be better if he transformed into a full grown dragon.

To be honest, Im dissapointed with this game. Its too easy and too simple. I do commend the concept of having levels of dungeons, not level ups etc etc. But I feel there should be more character specialization customized into it. And more dependence on Spells.
Pretty boring, I was kept stimulated by a desire to get to the next level, but that was it. The game felt like I was just walking around in circles, and then buying gear.

There is a shop glitch, allowing you to sell more than what you have. Meaning you can buy something, then turn around and sell an infinite amount of them.
This would of been way harder if I wouldn't have stumbled across this little guy.

Great Lufia spin off. Like already stated, selling items was a pain in the butt. I didn't ever want to get to the shop keeper as I knew I'd have to sell. Otherwise great game.

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem but whenever I try to use the wings they just go back into my inventory and nothing happens.

Buggy. Played it once, had to go. Came back, loaded a new game and now I have the best gear possible along with pretty much everything else. Eh.

Buggy game, I can't sell anything & I can't use the health potions. Well, technically I guess I can sell everything - over & over & over.... But the fact that I have a health potion & it doesn't work when I drag it onto my guy makes the game not-playable. If the glitches were fixed, I would have rated higher & continued playing; but this one needs a lot of work. Good luck with that!

wow first shop keeper gave me money w/o takeing my stuff (i liked that) then potion didnt work and i couldnt use wings (i didnt like that as much)

Ok I died, and then later loaded the game in a place waaaay far from the one I was when I died. The next day, I loaded the game and everything I sold just went back into my inventory. Actually, if I put anything for sale, and then changed my mind, there would be 2 items! I didn't do anything! those unwilling dupes ruined my game.

Buggy. Glitchy. No depth. I can't figure out why this is being rated highly except that there is a big demand for new RPGs.

.. I just ran into a WEIRD glitch, where I can sell things an infinite amount of times by.. well, it's weird as hell. I dragged boots into sell, and then another pair appeared. ... So I sold it again, this time I was able to click the up arrow on the boots (as if to sell more of them) and the number of boots increased once. I then clicked down, and the boots appeared in my inventory. I dragged the boots back to sell.. and repeated. It's a +2, -1, process. Weird.

Bugs, I can't use escape wings, even if I drag the icon to the character; potion gives me no health increase; selling A item to merchants is a little wierd. i think its a bug.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
It looks fun but the bugs make it unplayable. I can never lose my items when I sell them. I also can use potions as I want but they dont do anything.

Game is good. Partly because I am a fan of Lufia II. It gets boring at the end because it is so easy by then. You advance so much quicker than your enemies do.
Looking forward to the second one.
My big complaint though - THERE IS NO WAY TO VIEW THE MEDALS YOU HAVE COLLECTED!

1/5. the skills are too hard to use and i got bugged and when i used a potion i didnt work and disapeared. then i tried to use my skill and it didnt work. then i tried to wear a artifact and poof its gone.

found a glitch. I started a new game and was able to continuously sell be knife. With it only selling for one coin it isn't game breaking unless someone is very patient, but still.
