After a small crash on level 30-something, I discovered that while the game saved my shop progress, it didn't keep my stats or artifacts or money, which made continuing nearly impossible, as I was too weak to kill more than one enemy without dying myself, and had no money with which to buy better items, requiring a clearing of data... Any way to solve this issue?

Another thing, besides all your artifacts, you keep all your GOLD. So get to a shopkeeper, sell everything (except your artifact gear!) and then proceed to kick monster arse.

Honestly wish there were more health potions in chests or some kind of healing spell (although I may not have noticed any yet)

The moment when you have 2500 gold and need potions but the shopkeeper doesnt have a single potion...I can understand not having potions in the areas but there should be at least some potions with the shopkeeper after I have fought 9 10 floors to get to him.

@tryc Drag the Wings from your inventory onto your guy, it's like casting a spell or using a potion, use a Potion or the Wings if you don't have both try to escape by fighting only the monsters blocking your way.

@samjack41, I beat this game in about 2 hours and only had to use the wings twice. (at level 7 and 25). Usually rpg games reward and sometimes require fighting every little nooby enemy. This one does the opposite. Some tips for the game: 1) At the store, the most important thing to buy is the best sword (most atk). Next is the biggest hp pot. 2) As you progress through the dungeon, you only should fight enemies you can kill in one hit, are guarding a gem, or are guarding a yellow chest. Get the easy red chests where you wont take too much damage. Otherwise, move on to the next level. 3) Only use magic for the healing spell 4) Always take the equipment that gives you the most atk, unless its like 50 armor or 3 atk. All in all, a very unique game that is well worth the replay value. 5/5

I still have not figured out how to use the wings. Can anyone help? Also, if I am low on HP, but do not have access to a shop, how do I keep from dying?

When you get to a level with the shopkeeper and know for sure you might not make it to the next one, sell EVERYTHING that isn’t Gold, then once you have done that go to the stairs and open any chest or bag that isn’t blocked by a mob, if the stairs is blocked by a mob just flee. Red chests are good as Gold, in fact you find 100% of your spells in Red, Gold has Eyes and Equip, but Red has a chance to give you a spell that would help in battle, so when you see two chests and you see a mob blocking the Red, DON’T give it up, it could be very helpful. I also wouldn’t worry to much about the bags of Gold, try and avoid any bag that’s blocked by a mob, it’s not really worth it. But feel free to loot any bag that is open. Stats you really need to worry about is Att, Def, and Spe, if these three are high you should have no problem in killing things, Magic does not boost your health gain when using health spells. If you see any Gems in a level make it your NUMBER ONE priority to get them.

If you take the dungeon on one or two rush, it easy. Otherside, you would be stuck for a long, long time...

I have so far, 107k gold. Found 48 equippable artifacts and the 10 eyes. anyone know if there are more artifacts? :P I've done quite a few playthroughs

For all those wondering, the game starts off slow where you can only clear a few floors at a time. Every time you use your wings you save all the gems and artifacts you have collected. These are visible in the bag on the starting screen. You start off on the floors 0-9/10-19 ect...
You will have to farm a bit before you can go far so I suggest only doing fights you need for the crystals and gems then doing the other fights when you can one shot them or if you want to save gold for later items.

Using escape wings allow you to exit the cave and start from floor 1 (or any tenth) and you will keep gold, artifacts, spells and skill you collected. This is how you get stronger, avoid fights you dont need to fight like mcgoose said, and collect skill stones instead

Love love LOVE it! Escape wings are cool in how they ave my rare stuff and all the extra stats I picked up...by the 4th escape I was one-shotting everything as strong as a blizzard mage. Felt good...REAL GOOD. The item use system is a bit slow and awkward, but I got around that somewhat by having one item/spell at the ready, holding it over the unfortunate foe destined to fall next. Quick slots or hotkeys, please! Of course, that would mean sequel, please.

@samjack41 try to avoid fights that you dont need to fight. example - monster in the middle of a room not blocking your path. Of course if you can 1 hit the monster always do that.
I beat the boss on my sit through, was fun, now just waiting to see if i get the badge lol.

I'm confused. I can't climb up stairs, when I die I lose everything and have to start over, when I use escape wings I lose everything and have to start over, this game seems impossible except that other people say it's possible, but i can't seem to get past dungeon 8 no matter what i do.

I am absolutely shocked by this game. A (real) new aspect - no experience points. I've played a few MMO's, and this is in the category of ingenius that I'll remember forever. No exp, but you still benefit from long-term playing. Good replay value and a steep skill curve. Very very very amazing!

@typodestroyer9001 i agree with you but the problem is not the HARD difficulty the real problem is the time spend to win the badge specially this only a lucky or pro will complete the game in less than 3 hours i spend much more than that but i already mastered the game with awesome stats

What's with the treasure blocked off by the walls in the shopkeeper room? You can't get it, is it just there to taunt you?
