Having never been a fan of commenting on games. I'm commenting on a game. I love this. I'm a huge fan of all hack and slash dungeon crawls. This game is simple but just interesting enough in its complexity of building your character based on the gambling-esque (Yeah, I went there and used "esque") choices you make "Hmm, my health is low, I'm going to plow through those bats and get that eye anyway!" and highly addictive for this reason. Well done. You rock. a rare 5/5 from me.

I'm so tired... but I cant stop playing because I dont know how many potions will be available at the next start....and a zombie got an instant kill on me?! Awesome game! I think it could use some pixel chicks though.... I mean most quests involve a girl(refreshing to see none). Its a free form RPG which is unique enough to ex-out a story...KILL EM ALL! AND TAKE THE LOOT!

Just wondering, what makes an "artifact" an artifact if I have 2 of them in my inventory ._. Thief knife artifact, found on one of the floors in the 20s and again on floor 47.

nevermind got it to work. I had to exit out and back in and they showed up. Still had the leather armor in there out of nowhere for some reason tho.

I'm super pissed off. When I got to the level 19 shop keeper and spent my money on a health potion and small health potion two pieces of leather armor showed up in my inventory instead of the potions and it took all my gold. I have no health and died. I went all the way back up to level 19 and it did the same thing again. Bug that needs to be fixed. I was really enjoying this game too

Entertaining game that plays like a new version of Sword of Fargoal. I would like to see more difficulty settings unlock when you beat the game the first time around. Suggested settings: hard, difficult, insane, etc.

You get your ass kicked in the beginning levels, then after you get enough jewels and stuff, you will be beasting the entire game!

How does the defense work? I put on a shield with 47 defence and it lowers the damage done to me by 1. I am in floor 30 and my defence is 186 without it and 233 with it. Feels like defence does not help me a bit.

i like it all tho u get to lvl 70 u have to go and then holy crap i got to kill all that again?!?! like what a waste of time

good game
found it slightly to easy, beat it all in one sitting, starting from floor one, and not stopping
5/5 tho for twist ending

It seems I was too optimistic about chances of no wing/death conduct. I played 6 games, and succeeded only twice. Which is still pretty high chances for roguelike.
It's mostly boils to whether you find adequate weapons in chests and shop as you go. If you can't kill most enemies in one or two hits. If you don't, you will burn through your hp and potions in no time.

Unless you are extremely unlucky, it is completely possible to do all 100 floors in a row, without dying or winging. I just did it two times in a row, and it would be three, if I'd not forgot to chug a potion at one moment on 90+ level.
In short, my strategy is to max attack, avoid those enemies I can't one-shot, and buy out all or nearly all healing potions in shop.

great game, the graphics in the middle fall through but the really dark stone at the end rocks. great game, the grinding just gets slightly old, if your on a roll you rock through, but as soon as you falter it takes forever to get anywhere again.

Some suggestions
1. Auto-use of wings on death. Player rage-quitting is not generally a good thing in flash game.
2. Streamline item selling in shops.
3. Add some useful things to buy in shops. Magic, may be.
4. Let use attack spells from afar. As they are they are nearly useless.
5. Mouse over to see monster stats, mouse click to come and attack it (or come and pick up something).

This game is enjoyable. It really helps to grind between the first few shops until you have enough artifacts in all of your slots that when you start over you can face the monsters on that level. Just make sure to use the wings on the X8th floor before you go to the next shop and you will start on the previous shop. Eventually you'll collect a lot of gold and gems (which you keep) as well. Also, since there is no experience or leveling of the character, no need to fight every monster. Pick you battles. Sometimes if a monster isn't guarding a yellow chest or gem, there's no point in fighting it.

@boredcom You said that it was their first attempt at gaming. This game is my 2nd favourite game!!!! Keep up the good work!! 5/5 and the game goes into my favourites!

i hate how you can't get through to items on shop level. You need to purchase a key or something like that to get them.

Im not going through all of them levels again. forget that. When you teleport and use wings, you shouldnt have to restart the game. Im changing my rating to 1/5

Because the stairs down are almost impossible to see, and because if you accidentally move onto them you automatically go down (no prompt asking if you really want to leave the current level), I wound up leaving the screen that the wings were on before I got to them. Really annoying UX.

amazing game the battling is cool the eyes are cool and the shops work cool although its easy to accidently sell somthing you ddiint want to so i was wandering if you can make it so if yoru selling a potionor a artifact thats better then what you have now in defense or attack if it will ask you "Are you sure you would like to sell(insert name here) but still 5 stars

this game must be inspired on a shin megami tensey game for the ps2, you just have to descend nd RE-FIND you equipment everytime you go lower and lower saving the game reset the tower and with high cost poor heal items, skills...... pretty much a damn boring game don't play it it's a wasteof time w/o achieving something and the badges are not worth it.

awesome game, i used wings three times in the beginning, but then no problem, actually got easier for me the further i went. its pretty easy when you kill everything in 1-2 hits, sometimes 3. attack ftw!!!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Not only that, using the escape wings ends your game, so why use them? The store at the beginning doesn't even have health potions, so this game is almost unplayable. 2 stars.

Saving is useless if it just deletes your save after using it one time. Also, there needs to be a way to retreat to the shop via stairs; Try being low on health with no method of healing whatsoever.

I beat the game and have gotten the chosen weapon (gives 200 attack and other stuff) but I haven't been awarded the last two badges, WHY!!!1111

you click and drag them onto your person, and then he proceeds to duct tape them to himself. The adventure god thinks he is a fallen angel, and then he teleports you to a cloud that you fall from. you are then mugged bye pirates riding chokobos.

This game is easy if you are clever about how you play: When you wing out of the dungeon you lose all your normal equips. But you DON'T LOSE the money you make from selling them. So you can keep grinding between 2 shops until you have enough money to buy health potions to get to the next level. KEEP THIS COMMENT ALIVE for the noobs :)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@Rpoman2009 When you wing out of the dungeon you lose all you normal stuff. You only get to keep artefacts (gold coloured background) and magic.

12ESP3CT, you need the shining gear :3. Makes the game more fun when you only keep SOME items, makes you feel more progressive. Also, the no-level thing was a AWESOME twist, only thing I hate about this game is the chests at the shopowner, I NEED THAT WEAPON O>E
