this is an awesome game, and i bow to the developer, but potions cost much too much money. most of the game so far im at 1/4 of my health and i cant heal. thats my only complaint

My only qualm with this game is that the gear doesn't change how the character looks, and that's not even a big deal. 5/5

A lot of fun! The perfect casual hack-n-slash. 5/5 (First flash?! Rock on!)
P.S. Adding an infinite dungeon (à la Monster's Den) would bump my rating to a 7/5 :)

Finished the game in 1 1/2 hours and didn't even die once, but... I was expecting a dragon or a wizard for a boss... But it was an F-ing merchant with a stick (This made it original =D). Maybe he lures adventurers in the cave and loots their stuff if they get killed. Good loot for killing him though: a 200 damage weapon. Tips: Early game, collect gems and use escape wings before reaching the next shop, this way you get prepared for harder levels. Prioritize enemies that could be killed with a single blow. If possible, get all the items in a level. Save money to buy potions, ONLY POTIONS, because you will eventually get better items while exploring. Heaping stocks of potions made me survive the whole game. Good game but 4/5 for lack of challenge.

Oof, it's fun, but I think I permanently messed up my game. On the third quest I got down to level 85 or so with sheer luck and cowardice, but all the good items I got weren't artifacts. Now my character dies on the first monster every time. Can there be an option to respawn on a higher level when starting?

Here are some tips: Once you reach level 39, do this: Raid 10 levels, gather all of the stat gems and items possible, don't kill monsters you don't need to, but be smart about killing tougher monsters for a normal chest, it's usually not worth it. Then at level 49, sell all of your items, and some un needed artifacts, during the 10 level raid, if you get low on hp, use a healing spell with extra mp. Please keep this comment alive.

This is a very good game, but it really lack an auto-save function.
My browser crashed and I just lost the 50 last floors I have been doing.
Im not going to lower the game score for it but im most likely not gonna play the game again...

Okay, on major problem: this game is normally easy. I made it to level 97 and I only used the wings twice (most people beat it after using the wings once or twice). However, because of how things worked out, I had to use my wings on level 97, and now it is ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE to win. Other than that, fun time waster.

i m getting pissed it never saves so i give up the worst part is that it doesnt have any achievments but it is still a good game 4.5 (if i could rate it like that)

A useful trick: While in-game, use the save option, then select "new quest" and confirm it. You'll keep all of your items and stat bonuses, but you'll start back on level 1 regardless of how far you've gotten in the dungeon. I find it's very useful when looking for stat gems. Just remember to use escape wings to save though, as starting a new quest after "saving" doesn't keep your progress.

cool game as someone said earlier reminds me of lufia 2 with the blue chests but that was an awesome game i spent many hours in that one...nice job

Very good concept, I do feel like this is like D&D. One complaint, though: I find it very annoying how you lose everything but artifacts when you use Escape wings. 4/5.

heres a helpful tip for people who dont know: to get to your acheviements just click the golden goblet on the rock when your on the title screen.

Easy and short, but quite captivating. I liked the rogue-like feel very much. Graphics... well, I've seen worse and rougue-likes have never needed those anyway. 4/5

Let me give you a hint. When you found a few artifacts, then your life is very little, use the escape wings. Then you will start at the nearest shop to your level. So you look at your life and you will see that your life has been replenished. Hope this works!

I had crappy loot. At the 30th floor my loot was so crappy i had better in the 10th(on another quest). But still, 5/5.
Big Complaint here: OMG the badges disappeared!

it was fun for a long time, but i died on floor 81 and had to restart. it would be a lot better if you made it so that the save wasn't temporary.

Good Game but planty of flaws. First - It`s a copy o Lufia, where you have this dungeon with a 100 floors, un-savable, that you can come out only with artefacts (despite de fact that this game doesn`t have levels). Second - Magic is useless, besides healing. Magic cap, live cap and healing works well, but magic dont. Try some elemental weapons and enhancer, perhaps. Thrird - Game is easy. I only used wings twice, and thats before level 20, when i could not heal (didnt saw the potions). After that was only one way down.
Good revival, thought

Nice game. Well balanced and simpler than a lot of dungeon crawls. While NetHack is sure as heck addicting, it's nice to actually be able to finish a character! 5/5

Got a problem now.
Starting at level 59 with no money, and shitty gear. Impossible to move on now. What to do? Have I lost the game?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
There should be a way to start form an earlier shop. I'm stucked in level 79 and i can't beat more than two or three monsters before dying

Very fun. I enjoy rogue-likes. It wasn't super hard like NetHack, but I think that's good for a site like Kongregate. The Agility stat is really ambiguous. I tried messing around with it, but I was never able to double attack even with more than 3x the Agility of my opponent. It seemed to have some effect on my damage delt, but I couldn't pin it down and it might have just been RNG.

The Merchant was actually reeeeally easy, if only because I had bought all the ultimate equipment from the shop on floor 99 after buying minimum potions throughout my play. Also, Titanium Longsword is totally awesome.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Oh lol. I decided to try some different ways to kill the merchant, I died the 4th time. Now I have to start at floor 1 again. :(

It's too bad that once you get through the first 20 levels the rest is too easy. The difficulty should slope upwards, not down. I completed the entire thing at once when I got through to the second shop and it got easier after each shop. The golems did SOME damage, but all the rest was way too easy. Other than the difficulty the game is completely awesome and 4/5. A bit more of a difficulty curve could make it 5/5, because the whole concept of battling through a couple floors to get better items/stats and taking the wings because it's getting too hard simply doesn't apply because of it being too easy.

this game is to heavy .... no life no money to buy life ... die baby die .. i played a few times no chance forgot it ..
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The boss is way too weak. I dun mean to boast but i kill him in 8 strikes and i got more than half of my life and didnt even use 1 potion. Make the boss life at least 10k or make his attack stronger
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Eh, what did I miss? There were potions in the shop when I started but had no cash, and when I got there again, I had the money, but there weren't any potions available, nor any other means to heal myself.
