This game is fun at first, but quickly gets extremely slow and frustrating. 1. The price of artifacts is insane. Who in their right mind is going to spend $50 - $250 per artifact? The price for all of the mtx stuff is crazy.
2. Challenges seem to be balanced around completing all the contracts, but give prestige to unlock the contracts. What is the point of them, then?
3. Starting a challenge resets your waste, slowing down the next few normal rounds significantly.
4. Progression just slows to a crawl after a few days and the game starts to feel pointless to continue playing. I'm at the point where I can unlock warlocks, but why would I spend a week getting energy to get enough dark mana to unlock them? I have no idea what kind of mechanics they add.
5. Pearls can be completed in a day or two, so that's another avenue of progression that ends way too early.
6. Offline progression is bad and doesn't progress most aspects of the game.

I blew up the boiler, and somehow did NOT get the bonus waste from it, or the ability to buy contracts. I kept my oysters though?

Made it to robot faction after doing all the other worlds. Probably the easiest one. I should have done it after the first 2 worlds.

On the other hand, of all cheap cheats of all games I know, cheating in an idle game is the most absurd one. Unless you’re playing for revenue (working in a videogames magazine, or getting paid for playing as a streamer… things like that), why are playing an idle game? It’s not active gameplay, just take some choices and let it run idle. Why start a game, put yourself 10k days in future to get immense resources, buy everything and “finish” the game in 5 minutes? Are you playing the game? Are you sure this is the game you originally wanted to play? Something is wrong here, and there aren neither the game or the kind of game…

@poubelle “clock-cheating works (…) way of playing change” of course it does. Once you cheat on your boy/girlfriend, your relationship changes completely.I hope you see the point in what I’m saying…

(And just for curiosity, what bugs - a lot of them - have you met? Maybe we can send them to the developer for next update)

so... just noticed contracts for warlocks, didn't noticed when i played the game months ago so it's probably a new updaye... what about adding discounts for it to the dark world?

its not only runes that don't work offline, the calculations for everything is incorrect if the tab is not active, kind of makes an idle game pointless. Most easily seen with Mavka grimoire spell, 1 every 5 seconds should equal ~17k over 24 hours, came back after a day to only a fraction of that

it should be 132 Red Herring per second, right?
is it calculated differently or just a bug?

Apparently the gears DO stay after using Golden Gates. They stay on the units they were on before.

[ENDGAME SPOILERS WARNING]
After unlocking arena with 1e300 dark mana,
and get 1000 gold you unlock golden gate.
golden gate RESETS everything with a bonus to some faction types, there are 5 more worlds other than our own and the last world unlocks a new faction...

@graf there are upgrades later on, that increase the power of warlocks and it will give a large time period of dark mana including an enormous multiplier only available for crystal 5.

For those who do not really want to be that active and are able to get Ouroboros: never reset without it anymore. You will get more for every reset by exchanging ashes and you will easily get a few 100k to millions of secondary contracts.

Do Crystal 5 get any use besides unlocking Warlocks? It seens odd that after getting the 20000 dark mana it becomes completelly useless.

when offline Energy replenishes, but crystals 2 and 3 buffs are in pause, so you can spam them when energy is full and then have them always active

In addition to croidin: Rune creation does not continue when game is not visible on screen. EVEN when I have the tab active. Right now, while I scrolled down to write this comment the 16 seconds for rune creation don' t decrease.

There seems to be a bug where the transaction for creating ghouls takes the materials but doesn't give the ghouls. Annoying but fortunately I'm only a few days in. I did a soft reset from the Settings.

Looks like the game won't run in the background if you have it on a tab and switch to a differnt one. I think it pauses itself until you tab back over to it :/ terrible way to do one of these terrible idle games" 0/5 stars.

Has anyone 100% competed this?! I don't know why, but I'm trying to do this. (IT MIGHT BE A NICE Hard/Impossible BADGE, if IMPLEMENTED BY THE CREATOR AND KONG...

Tip: Runic Prism caps at 10 000 energy to speed up, and there's a point in the game where you can get 8k energy on rebirth (3k gem recycling, 5k crystal unlocks) and double energy regen speed from dark mana grimoire, so you can level it with an hour's idling or 4 batteries for 2k. || A bit further out, you can raise energy cap and get more than 2k energy from drowner restart using magic powder in the Chest, filling up 10k. || The reward for maxing Runic Prism is double rune effects: Hagalaz 1.5x -> 3x crystal power, Jera 2x -> 4x demon production, Fehu 10x -> 20x gems.
