to beat the last level, you need to jump when the little platform on the right disappears. When you head back towards the elevator, you need to wall-jump right away or you will die. and btw, the bonus cutscene for getting all the bandaids got censored! I'm guessing it was like meatboy/bandaid sex or something.

good game! funny, but ridiculous ending (extended ending was stupid but humorous). I know the many trial-and-error thing was hard, but it kept me coming back for more. Now, here is the band-aid location guide:
