got boring quickly. first upgrade the weapons, aim at the upper part of the hole and move left and right. robot is not damaged, so just collect the metal. Then buy all four emp in one go and presto, finished. a bit boring, really.

"Hmm, you think I can get a 3.6 rating with a game where the only thing you do is running left to right and holding your left mouse button?" -"No way man, this isn't 1996" -"No problem, I'll add some matrix elements" -"Trolololol"

I quite like it. Even if it's very generic gameplay, I think the concept is sound and the artwork is nice. Could DEFINITELY use a "quality" button though. Screen gets pretty busy, and my little netbook only goes so fast. Oh and the music kicks ass. 4/5

machine 1: Hey! let's attack that little robot that's attacking us!
machine 2: Nah, he's just moving left and right all the time.

And to people who complain, in the description it reads "I’m still working on the game and will be improving it based on your feedback. Please leave comments!!" so it is technically still in beta, cut the dev some slack...yeah, sorry for triple posting, at least the posts are logically apart^^

And bosses, different kinds of enemies, smart formations of enemies and some A.I would be very cool. This game has a lot of potential, it just needs a bit of polishing IMHO.

being able to upgrade the weapons AND equip them when you want. That would only make sense if you could upgrade the weapons separately or just upgrade your ability to handle weapons in general (upgradeable dmg, range, splash, accuracy) and then then being able to change weapons with different attributes like in TD games, splash, slow, stun, or just MG, bazooka etc. That would make it more interesting for me.

I give it a 4/5. It is a good game with pretty good gameplay. The upgrades maybe should be more in number or harder to acquire. My only problem with the game itself is the lag issues that I sometimes had to face in playing it. Overall a great game though.

Part 2
Weapons:
1st gun upgrade (forgot name): nice power boost makes the game easy. purple shotgun bullets.
mini nuclear bfg (Big-F*cking-Gun i would assume) exploding shots. great for holding enemies back. lowest rate of fire
lightning gun: ridiculously strong with high rate of fire. arguable better than the next upgrade.
Thors gun: constant more expensive and not as good as the lightning gun.
Turrets:
basic: helps alot but is fairly weak.
Gatling gun: faster rate of fire, much better help even in the later stages.
laser: strong and average rate of fire.
advanced laser: faster rate of fire. good help.
ion gun: blue bullets like the mini nuclear bfg. can fend for themselves.
i labeled all the robots as easy but why. this game is easy

Part 1
the robots.
basic: flies fast and in a loopy motion. easy kill.
drill: flies straight and drills through the wall. not easy in early stages but easy later.
squid: flies straight (from here on nothing other than the basics made it to my wall) not easy early but easy later on.
Chromey (looks like basic but is the color of chrome): flies straight, easy.
upgraded basic: larger and flies like basic. just as fast and harder to kill but still easy.
lobster saw (lobster-like appearance but with dual saws instead of claws) flies straight, easy.
upgraded drill: gold and larger. has a large boost of hp but easy.

man if the dudes in the matrix would of had a couple Thors and a couple ion sentries they would of been able to beat the machines without trinity dieing and neo gettin blinded.

nvm about last comment, sut realized you had to run into the enemies to get scrap metal, that's why i'm always broke e.e

Ok, this is a quadruple post but this will be my last suggestion: Instead of having the waves so long and passive, making the game a bit repetitive, make the waves packed with hordes of the small machines at the same time while the large drill units come separately with small machines swarming around it as meatshields. Hopefully this won't cause too much lag

Was interesting at first but it quickly got dull. There was no challenge past the third weapon upgrade. All you need do is shoot at the entrance and walk back and forth. 2/5

Needs a save option, the difficulty curve is a little steep, the income is a bit low, it's very difficult to play when you cant afford even one upgrade per level

"Hey guys, we obviously have the technology to make these Thor's Cannons... Why can't we just equip the turrets with them? The door will be safe and we'll have an unlimited amount of scrap as well." "Uhh..."

waves don't get hard enough fast enough... upgrade tree should be non-linear... for example, if I want to save up and skip a weapon or turret, so there's really minimal upgrade 'strategy'. If the waves got harder faster (or capped at a higher level) I would have to choose my upgrades wisely in order to save up the 300K needed to build the EMP before being overrun, but at present, it's easy to keep up with the waves especially after 10 or so....

fun game but seriously, who is selling you these weapons at such outrageous prices knowing that they'll die if you don't have them... capitalism at its finest.
