This needs a better upgrade system. The way I would like it: the things that you are currently buying will be new weapons that each one you can upgrade individually, for say: penetration (gives you a chance for your bullets to go through a target to another robot but still deal damage) and Damage. If you have explosive shooting weps those would have explosive damage as well as normal damage, and explosion size. (I have not gotten far in the game) The turrets you could buy multiple ones of each once you buy them. You will have to replace them when you get a upgraded turret (the same turrets you get now) Otherwise great game.

high command soldier: ok theres 1 way in and 1 door so what should we do? i know lets get around 5 civilians to guard it
high command leader: WHY THE HELL WOULD WE DO THAT? just get 1 civilian to guard it and make him pay for everything we got to give him

Good game but after getting the first upgrade for the main gun and the turrets, my biggest enemy was a cramping hand and accidental right-clicks

game trolled me :( it spamed the golden drill guys over and over it started off with 3 at the start then they constantly sent the golden drills, the bombs and the things you fight inbetween them

An EMP is a real thing. It wouldn't kill all of the machines in the city. And it doesn't require any back to the future references to work.

Two other things: One is why dont the machines send everything they got at the first wave and Two is why am I the only one defending? Do the other ppl hate me that much!

"studies have shown lasers are 30% more effective than conventional bullets" wow realy i thought they were just pretty little lights that cut thrugh allmost anything in the world

Robot One: Hey why are we trying to kill this door? Theres a human right below us shooting at us! shouldnt we kill him? I think hes using those turrets!
Robot Two: Nahhh It looks like the door is an easier target

As your reward for defending the city you get a ton of chicks and a holiday in your honour. Damn that's pretty sick for getting to use a suit the fires lightning and getting to kill hordes of robots

Wow, I was randomly selected to go to war against robots... It just reignited my fear of being drafted into the army.

So wait. A random, untrained civilian is able to fend off multiple waves of machines, but well trained soilders that could have had mech suits too, died by robots that are too enthralled by that shiny metal door to attack the player. Sounds about right. :3
Anyway, as what other people have said, ti comes down to mindless shooting while walking back and forth. As someone said, tracks on the mech suit would be better because there is no actual place or time to jump. More upgrades (Ability to reinforce door would be really helpful for me), enemy types, and if you're going to have jumping enabled, then have a vantage point (like somewhere on top of the map), to jump to.
Other than those, loved the game, it was fun to grind for metal to see the new weapons and upgrades for turrets.

Since this is so clearly based off of Matrix: Revolutions dock fight, why not have other resistance to back you up as well as turrets? Also have squids attack the player, maybe they flash red as a warning.

the game become boring when you have all the parts upgraded and you just run t the left and the right collecting iron

Great game, 4/5 for me. But needs more upgrades, like 2 different weapons for the robot (has 2 arms right?) and 3 different turrets, some kind of door upgrade to have more life points, special weapons like freezing or poisoned... And also will be great if able to choose between control the robot or the turrets or both, could make it much more interesting
