PTfasd, you cant expect every game like this to be super complicated with loads of upgrades and enemies and stuff. sometimes games are just made to be a quick time waster for procrastinators and stuff. dont expect months of work out of every five minute game.

The fire rate seems to be independent of framerate. On computers that can't keep up with the game (like mine), that means your guy shoots a lot more often than he's supposed to. Tie in the game's speed to the player's firing rate to fix this.
There is also no incentive to buy the EMP parts before you have all the other upgrades. Maybe make it so each part you buy you can kill all the enemies on screen once per round. This will encourage players to buy the EMP piece by piece along with the other upgrades.

You should be able to customize your exo-suit with parts and colors you earn by destroying a certain amount of each robot.

1st Robot, hey look that guy shooting us has virtually no armor, lets kill him!
2nd Robot Don't waste your time! I'm gonna charge at that 12" thick door!

It gets pretty easy to get to the end. Just upgrade the turrets and EMP whenever you can, always making sure your health is above 50%. I finished in 16 waves but I probably could have done better as my technique started to improve at the end. I'd recommend more enemy types, the option to place turrets where you want them, and the machines attacking your upgrades so you can't be too complacent.
Good game.

This kind of games always amuses me - Im a hero defending last remnants of civilization against evil machines/zombies/whatever, but I have to buy weapons on my own to do this xD

fun game hope to see a second one but add on to this more upgrades, different enemies, bosses, maybe upgrade your suit with passive abilities like a magnet to collect metal etc. 4/5

I spent the first half of the game thinking the robots on the ground damaged you because it makes explody looking lights and sounds...

honestly after you beat it says "meanwhile the machines are rebuilding" well thats just @%#%@ing great not only did i just accept a quest to gain the honor of a lifetime but now i have to do it again isnt that just dandy? .... >n<

"Citizen, you've been chosen to fight the robotic menace"
"FREAKING SWEET! I CAN'T W.... wait, is that an army of flying, robotic sperm? I'm out."

Over all it was a pretty good game, I you put in more weapons, different options when "leveling up", and some new senery this could be alot better.

...why does the scrap metal disappear after a few seconds? I mean, just because it sat on the ground for a few seconds doesn't make it un-usable.

Game is a good idea but poorly executed. Once you learn how to earn the cash, by moving along the dead robots, it is just ridiculous. Move the Weapon? No, just find a spot and hold the trigger down. Once you get the turrets as well it gets even more ridiculous and mindless taking absolutely no skill at all to play. Might as well call it "Idle Machines" since it requires nothing save for the boring back and forth across the screen using the A & D keys. 2/5

I vote that instead of building this E.M.P we just use the scrap metal to build more exo-suits! then we launch an attack on the robots.

the game is a bit on the easy side, and i was able to finish before having all the weapons (therefore missing some of the intended experience -- maybe the parts of the emp should cost more progressively, so i'm tempted to upgrade the weapons first). maybe also in game achievements. juming is unecessary, as you mostly just run left-right collecting metal, while shooting the baddies above. gameplay is smooth and fun 5/5

It's a nice game but it gets very repetitive, all you need to do is run around left right while shooting at the spawn point, after a while waves stop getting harder. It got loads of room for improvement though. For example, more playing modes; some new enemies or enemy types (ranged, supporter, etc); bosses each 5waves; more stuff to buy (like a metal collector); something to "jump" to; crouch to improve aim or damage; some sort of charged attack; etc.
