pvp match up is the absolute worse. It would be nice if I could actually win a fight. I can't even remember the last time that happened. Most people I fight have a premium hero and destroy me without ever using a single troop.

For everyone who's stuck at level 3: "Build the barracks" is supposed to show up instead of the "build the arsenal" mission. The Iron Rage team knows about it and they're fixing it

When you become level 3, there is a mission to build the Arsenal. But the level required for Arsenal is 17! On top of that, the game does not allow doing anything else without completing that mission so you cannot level up either :)
