tip for anyone trying for the plat chain trophy if you see a shield power up get it if you don't have one ALWAYS have a shield otherwise don't move at all just concentrate on shooting and getting the shield (oh and upgrading speed and spread is good too)

Nice game seems hard when you are starting out but once you start getting the trophies the extra points make it a lot easier and you get use to the game. I like the music. The hard badge is not that bad only thing I did not realize was that balanced soldier was a silver badge I had all the silver badges except that one and most of the golds and was like what do I need to get the extra points. It might have just been me but I would put what they are behind them like the earlier trophies. Great game otherwise. Keep up the good work.

I made it to level 58 or so i forget, but i just read the updates and it says "Took out the ability to rapid click and fire faster than your firing level. It was meant to be a secret, many found it to be a bug, so it’s now gone. " .... i clicked for each shot fired up until like the upper 30's when i realized you could hold down the trigger. -_-

Love the game, so amazing that I actually pursued all 50 trophies, about 5 playthroughs to 20+ and I acquired them all. Beautiful game, wouldn't change a thing (accept more badges/trophies=) and maybe new ship designs every 5 levels or so.

Well, it´s not a new concept, without the badges there wouldn´t be a replay value for me.
Despite this "Badge of the day" on hard, it is too boring, annoying or slow, especially those orange things make the badge just absurd.
BUT it is nice as a first draft, looking forward to the sequel.

I was not getting credit for killing the Vessel King, until I realized I was probably not killing it (I just got all the trophys and the bestiary still tells me I have to kill 4 more to unlock it) My trick: max piercing + critical, that way the little guys don't stop all my firepower and I can hit the main guy. Worked perfectly the first time I tried.
Also, to get the platinum chain, do as arafelis says (try not to level up) and, by the end, when the fumes appear, kill them from as far away as possible or their self-destruct will hit you.

might be just me, but when I got the last trophy it didn't give me the badge. When i checked the high scores it gave the badge.

Good game, but the tiny purple enemies blend into the purple background and when you're moving at high speed, you can't seem them.

5/5, was a really fun game. I think that when you acquire all trophies, there should be a mode where you already have all of the skills maxed, and you're playing to get the highest score possible that way

A very good game, but those wretched fumes should come later. I had a chain 900 (almost without moving) and then I became level 6 and those rotten fumes came... Or at least give them less health...

I just thought I'd spend a few minutes on this before going to bed - it's now 7:30AM..where did those hours go? >.< Also, unlike many mouse+keyboard games, this totally playable on a laptop with a trackpad. ^_^ 5/5

Nice background layers and sound. My only problem is achievements. Most will happen through normal play. However, a few seem to be luck based.

I HAVE A MEGA-HORRIBLE BUG!!!!!
I was doing great until all of a sudden my ship automatically went downwards and wouldn't go up but i could still go right or left, not that that matters though. Now all I can do is go downward and die. IT SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! now I wont be able to finish my achievements! UGH! D;

Here is my guide for the Platinum Chain Trophy: Get all of the Bronze and Silver trophies. When you do this, you will get a 5 skill point boost when you start a new game. Use this to add to fire spread and rapid fire. Move as little as possible. When you level up, continue to add your points to fire spread and rapid fire. When the purple grunts start to come, attack them as soon as they enter the screen. Try not to attack the green bosses, as they'll waste your time and likely kill you in the long run. Also, try to kill any green monsters if you see that they are in the same line as you, and will hit you if they continue un-killed. If you don't see any purple grunts or green monsters in your line in sight, attack any monsters around you. Try not to panic when you reach the 900 - chain mark. If you follow most of these rules, you should be able to get the trophy. I apologize for the messy and unorganized list, but I hope you learn something from it.

Thanks for this nice game! I didn't expect much of it when I realized that a shooter is hidden behind that beautiful intro. Then, it turned out to be a very well balanced and challenging game. It was neither impossible nor time-consuming even in the endgame, as many games of this type tend to be. Really liked the trophy badge :)

@ClayMeow: Actually, one of the platinum trophies is, "Get all gold trophies". Therefore, if you don't have all the gold trophies, you can't get all the platinum trophies.

hardest treophy for me was the level 20 trophy, but after i mastered firing rate it made things a whole lot easier, elly gives it four stars at least=3
