After that intro, the upbeat pop-electro music is kinda a letdown. you should have kept that theme throughout the entire game, it would have worked well.

Awesome, until getting the x1000 combo is the last trophy you need for the achievement despite the fact you've already gotten the x1000 combo four times in a single game and still no trophy.

@number1woofer: Turret master needs you to stand still, but you can get hit. Evasion requires you not to get hit, but you can move. They don't depend on each-other.

For those going for the 1000x kill chain platinum, stand in the middle and DON'T get the pixels to level up. When you level up eventually just from pixels that fly into you as the bad guy explodes, go for spread and sweep out a circle around you for free kills.

My suggestion: Spread Shot, Rapid Fire, Points, Critical/Pierce, the remaining are fluff, try to not lvl up quick at the beginning eg. don't move to collect pixel, rather rack up your combo, always try to keep the shield extra on you. :P

This game reminds me of an old arcade game called 'Robotron 2048'. All it lacks are the same controls, which just so happen to be similar to Gamma Brothers.

Much better than the other games of this type we have on Kongregate, trumps Death vs. Monstars, Medieval Rampage 2, and Cell Warfare combined.

pretty fun ima play it more later when i have time, a damage upgrade would be a nice thing to add to the game but it'll have to go with something to keep the 2 per color thing in the upgrades or you could move it where critical is and add another set as critical and something elce that has a chance of happening

I just scored 10,592,679 points and got to lvl 26.
Best startegy is to only upgrade multi shot and shot speed until they are maxed and try not to lvl up because its easier to get combos on low lvl enemies.

really hard to play on a laptop, but you can put the reticule right ontop of urself so the shots will change direction when you move, atleast it kindoff worked for me.

This is about as addictive as I've found a shooter. Just had to play until I got all the achievements. Anyone know if there is a max level? I can't seem to get past 25.

Hint for the 1000x multiplier and the 1 milion scoring points, just stand still in the middle and upgrade fire rate and fire spread skill, this way you stay at low level and with easy to kill enemies

Guys, to get the combo trophies relatively quickly, stay in one place, do not collect pixels, upgrade fire rate, fire spread, piercing and critical, nothing else, definately not magnet or pixels. Shoot at everything, going to level 6 will cause splitters to come and those can be hard to avoid, so try to keep yourself on 1-5, again, don't collect pixels.
I got both trophies this way, and you can get about 900k points with it, just getting the trophie.
Camp it out, this really doesn't require much skill.

Don't invest in pixels or magnetism. Here's why: New types of enemies come based on your level, not based on time. If you level faster, harder enemies come faster. So at level X, you always fight the same enemies. So any points you spend leveling faster just means less firepower against those enemies.

For me the hardest TROPHY was the 1000 kill chain. Easiest way for me to get it was to sit and shoot everything around me while moving as little as possible. The only thing to pick up is the shield because if you get hit, the shield is gone but your chain doesn't get broken. Try to avoid picking up any pixels as that will advance your levels faster and bring harder baddies.
To get the max your skills just focus on one or two per game until maxed. It's near impossible to max everything in one game. Eg focus on magnet and pixel drop in one game.

I guess this may be a bit of help. Get all the bronze trophies. You will start a new game with 2 extra skill points. Put them on an upgrade that relates to what trophy you want to get. For example, High Score trophies, you get the point upgrade. Then you have 1 extra. Spend it on regeneration or another skill for another trophy.

Simple way to get several Platinum Trophies: After getting all the Bronze, Silver, and Gold trophies, start a new match. Put your nine points: 3 levels in spread and 2 levels in speed. Then, stay in one spot, do NOT move, and shoot enemies. Only move to pick up the shield, as that will save your chain. Using this, you can get the trophies for not getting hit, 1000chain, 2500enemies, and 1,000,000 points in a single game, and the chain ups the points, and not moving = not leveling = not increasing difficulty. + if this helps!

Enjoyed the game a lot but i gotta say. It get's too hard way too fast. Being the perfectionist that i am it drives me insane when i die before getting all the upgrades :P I'd suggest slowing down the rate at wich it gets harder and instead, make the enemies give less score.
