i like the concept. but the dialogue is absolute crap, internet speak? The classics are classics for a reason, could follow those!

those of you who are giving this game a low rating are crazy. this game is awesome. the story is fun and the turn based strategy part makes it so that you can be creative with how you win. it is a great game with a lot to it. and those of you taking off for art style, wtf it is a flash game. it has a style that makes it nice and "dream" like. it is perfect for the story line. this is a great and should get a high score.

omg the voices.... sorry for all the fans out there, but the voices suck ass.. the game is nice:) but the art style messes it up again ... sorry for that.. 3/5

to be continued..one of the best games i have ever played,too story driven but who cares?good art and designing,nice storyline,so cant wait for the sequel.my humble opinion: make the sequel less story driven and give us more choics to the missions, and in terms of skills give us the chance to compensate

Not a big fan of the characters in the game, the graphics could be better I suppose, but the battle system is very well done. It would be interesting if there were some characters that could use certain moves at a range and others only up close, instead of being exclusively ranged or melee.
5/5 for awesome combat. I would enjoy this concept in a full-length console rpg.

Great game. Engaging, inventive visual style, fairly good music, decent story, extremely balanced and fun combat, and good length - the only shortcoming is the weak sound effects (if I could turn those off and keep the music I definitely would). 5/5, great job. Can't wait for the next chapter (though that picture on the victory screen is frightening)

Alright i beat the game and i must say this was one of the best games i had ever played on kongregate. The music was great, the story line was also very interesting and i loved the constant plot Twists :). Also, each character has their own unique trait. I love the character Chio the most. 5/5 for sure :D. In this game, i played it on intense and so in order to win on intense, you need to focus on agility. Agility will allow you to dodge attacks and attack more.

Okay. After giving it a second look: 1) Too much early on. Why have a tutorial if you're not going to explain everything. 2) This is nothing original. It's Summon games (pokemon, etc) mixed badly with Ogre Battle Tactics/FF Tactics/XXXX Tactics. Bring something fresh. 3) The fiction fanwank is intolerable. Re-write, please.

It seems it's only ever Gely it skips on, it's definately repeatable though, despite multiple browser restarts I can never get an action phase with him.

Such a shame. I get this wierd bug every other fight where it just completely skips my action phase. Looks like an awesome game though. =(

I don't get why this game is getting such high ratings. The character designs are pretty bad, the incessant chatter is annoying. Plays too much like other existing flash RPGs.

woot, beat tale memory with all 4 chars alive, i give this game 16 out of five, probably the best game i have ever played on kong. hope there is a sequel

Great game. only complaint i have is that this thing hasn't been released as a game from a store like most games of this caliber. voice for most of speech for characters would be nice, but this is still a GREAT game. 5/5

@shadowdestroyer in what way? all chars share one energy pool, i hope you realize this. Yes there will be a sequel. Tale is hard but possible, you can check strat guide, and no it only goes up to 98% b/c to reach 100% u have to use devil egg, and then it won't save for obvious reasons.

It's not impossible to beat Reciful. I just did, but unfortunately, then the battle keeps looping between your characters, and never ends. That's too bad; I was hoping for some sort of reward for doing this. Back to the last save. =(

You beat Reciful???? Well obviously it got stuck because you can't finish the story if you do lol.

i don't think they beat reciful. Or at lest i can't think of any way, cuz when you hit him you get demaged too, and he hits hard too. For example my Nera got killed while doing demage to him.. And Reciful has a good regeneration too. It's just impossible:)
