I am loving these flash versions of apps.. i paid for the app because of the game being uploaded to kongregate :) Much better option than the 'free' apps scenario where you either get a stripped version of the game or you have to pay extra for everything involved in the game. My only critique would be about the dialogue in the game. It is very obvious that it was written by someone whose english was a second language. Aside from that, amazing game and i cant understand why it doesn't have a perfect 5/5 rating.

This game is epic, I love the different strategy styles mixed into one. One minor flaw to this game is no 2x or 3x speed button. 6/5 (Not a typo)

Upgrade mouse to max. Level up food and mana recovery. Obtain high level fist of fury mace. Obtain decent heal (since mice have low hp anyways). Spam mouse fighters and fist of fury. WIN.

This strategy has only one flaw: What to do with those pesky ghost enemies. A simple solution is to just ignore them until they get close to you, then move past them. They can't go backwards and there's no penalty for enemies going off the left side of the screen. Also, this strategy pretty much guarantees a 3* rating on every level, as you beat them exceptionally fast.

A strategy that has worked wonders for me:
1. Upgrade Mouse the Street Fighter as soon as possible until he is full. this should take you 'till about level 9 or so.
2. When possible, upgrade Prayer, Treasure Hunter, Mimic, Devotion, and Magic Mastery.
3. Level up enough to have upgraded the above traits a lot.
4. Equip Fist of Fury Mace
5. At the start of the level, spam Mouse the Street Fighter and hang back until your mana is full.
6. Hold down the button the FoF Mace is equipped to (J is recommended)
7. Repeat.
8. Win epicly whilst shouting "KAMEHEMEHA!!!!!!!!!" at your computer.

The loading didn't take that long for me, but maybe it is just your computer.
This game is so fun and very addicting!! It is taking me forever to finish, but my level is 66 at the moment. Hope to see more of this in the near future.

quit complaining about the load time. it takes less than 10 seconds. if it doesn't then upgrade your piece of shit internet / computer

World 3-10? the ghost boss, excellent XP/Gold/Item farm spot. Get a large army parked on the far right side, ignore trying to kill the boss, rack up loot.

There seems to be a kind of glitch where tons of archers get stuck inside the building where you can't kill them...it hasn't been much of a problem until the kicking boss when they all storm out and kill me and my troops almost instantly...for the 4th time now...

A thumbs up to user blakebc who's comment about spamming archers seemed to have the best merit. Of course for added protection any attack unit or the defensive Tortoise can help to build up your archers.

My only real problem is in Dark Cave (zone 4) I will fail on level 15 because if the penguin attacks the enemy before they make it to a certain point then it seems that the penguin's attacks stop freezing the enemies anymore. Not sure if that is intended or a bug.

i would suggest making a cap for both sides because at some points in the game (since I put all my points into casting) I just stack up my archers and fire spells until i win

tip: USE RABBITS! when in a giant group they can do a lot of damage and rarely need help. also they only cost 20 food.

A list of all items would be nice to see so that we could know what we have and dont have. and do i smell badges in the future?

The only suggestion I'd make is an auto-spawn option for each unit. With this, it would automatically spawn the certain unit whenever you have sufficient materials and it's off cooldown. Having to constantly spam 1 to summon my rats gets a bit tiring after a few dozen levels.

I'd really like it if I could hover my mouse over a critter's stat bars and determine the actual health, attack, etc. of that critter.

For 3-12, make sure to bring a spell that you can spam. The boss is impervious to troop damage.I spammed the fist spell alot but I'm pretty sure the poison spell would have come in handy.

It would be nice if you could use magic spells with mana, and your dogs mace attack as a standard action, using no rescources.

FYI - Max Level is 200 (all upgrades). In Hell mode I wore best-available +XP rings throughout, and ended up winning around ~L180, with only enough cash to have max-upgraded rabbits, and penguin L10 / dragon L8, rest L1. It might have been more efficient to go +cash rings and upgrade wiz/dragon faster, not sure. I mostly used rabbit-spam, then in the latter half of world 4 or so started adding in the penguins and dragons sparingly. 5-19 is the ultimate XP grind level, you can get several levels per run by pacing it out (like the earlier boss levels with mummy spawners, x10).
