My biggest complaint: I don't like that the countdown starts from 5 visually, but takes four beats. Either start counting down one beat earlier, or count down 4-3-2-1. That's pretty nitpicky though

Facing first fast turns I thought "if only rhythm games could use both mouse buttons just like 'OSU!' does". And then I understand it's Unity, not Flash, and try it, and it actually WORKS. That's when you got your 5/5 :3 Though I must say it would be nice to have a setting to turn flashing background off - kinda hurts my eyes after a workday. Sure, I can play with eyes closed, but I need to pass the level and hear the melody first.

Also I can't help but feel some of the levels are literally a bit hit-and-miss. I know there's not meant to be much room for error but sometimes you'd fail a level purely by chance. Other than that, 5/5.

Most it is hot now in the music game you ever played. 3-x where to if you can play, how far can be reached or, occasionally to adjust while calibration, any keyboard, or is it terribly fun button on the pad to play while examining whether proper! Just two of the blue and red circle will appear as lively. By all means additional stages such as 4-x, or concept is what you wanted to make a 2 if possible! 5/5

There is that it freezes in the unity side of the problem, you need to start when 3-x (1.5x) and I was reached but would close once the screen in this speed is also from 1.0x. Could you save the speed of information of the song if possible 3-x. I will be how to freeze like this video. http://youtu.be/oekR-QR52x4

A truly impressive game. I spent quite some time trying to beat 1-X, loved the 2-X and now I'm facing 3-X. I feel the main selling point of this game is the fact that you can use any button as your "one button" at the same time: I always use 2 buttons for tricky turning points and the adrenaline rush is immense. 5/5 and favorited. Eagerly waiting for more levels to be released.
Yep, two keys is the true way to play and not get carpal tunnel :P I'm hoping people sort of realise that as they play. Glad you like it, thanks for the comment!

You must get the hang of it first, which might be a bit hard, because there isn't much of an explanation of what is going on, but then it is fun.

I know this might sound weird, but can you add a feature where you can use the microphone, and then it will react on every short sound it hears?

1,5x please tell me this is last one...
Great game. I'm sure I would like to see sequel with more songs. It is 5/5 from me.

Finished 3-X at 1.3x. Can't get any further thanks to 'calibration', so I'm done. I'd love to see what you do with this!

In 2x it starts off with the clicks following the melody then swaps to the clicks following the drum beats... this is extremely annoying and caused me to lower my rating from a 5 to a 4. I'd like it to be consistent with the music so it doesn't throw me off unfairly.
Yeah my bad, sorry. The beat is synchronised with the bass kick at all times, but I admit sometimes it gets sort of clouded by the other elements of the music. I'm working on it!

Fun game but the long straight segments at the beginning can get quite irritating after playing through it for the 30th time. Was a gripe of mine in the first build as well.

Excellent game! Even as a musician there were some challenging levels in there. I would love to see some levels with different time signatures, although I can imagine that would be very difficult to implement

could you add a feature for dimming the background?
the flashing lights are a bit too much sometimes - i can't really stand them. i'd much rather play with a black background.

While in gameplay, pressing Q and E simultaneously reveals two buttons and some sort of terminal window overlaying the gamescreen? As far as I know they do little and are impossible to remove without reloading the page. Sometimes Unity wouldn't work for a while after this.

I love this game! I'm a music person, and its still a bit challenging for me. It's unique to my type of games. The only suggestion I have is that you can still keep going it you miss a note.

I would also really love to see a death counter! I kind of enjoy knowing how many times it takes me to beat a certain level.

To Developer: Im currently at The windup 1.4x and i cant progress further because of the calibration issue. If i auto calibrate its 12-13 and i miss like hell. If i manually calibrate its between 16-19 but i cant feel whats the best. Im a DDR player and a musician, my rythm is not the problem.
Also new music would be nice. 3 is too few, considering i made the first world in one try. Dont get me wrong, the game is pretty fun.

This game is amazing! I like the design. Its simple but makes this game his own "twist". It's difficult but it makes fun too. I still want to get lvl 18 (but i dont know how) and i can't stop playing it.
I have an idea for the next updates:
I think a 2 player co-op mode will be amazing and a really hard challenge. Player 1 is the red circle and player 2 is blue cirlce. If you add this i woud cry :3. (By the way: If you add it, please put a controll option so every player can choose their controlkey.) Sorreh for bad english...
Hey 18 was a bug that I fixed within like half an hour, unfortunately some people were affected and now rule over us. So sorry! 18 is impossible right now as it should be :P lol that sounds fun, 2P mode, might give it a try.

How do you get to level 18? I see it on the scoreboard, but as far as I know level 17 loops forever (I'm on 1.5x right now)

Tips for getting an S rank in the calibration minigame (which I seem to be the only one right now): wear headphones, and you need to sort of get into a zen mode where you aren't actively concentrating. Also you only need 10 hits for it to be counted, after that it's really a choice - hit closer to the average (denoted by the line) and you improve your spread, but can you trust yourself to do that? Hehe. Good luck!

I think there should be some way to recover yourself. Like maybe you get two orbits before game over, or if you miss it once you get one more shot to redeem yourself? Also, I'd love a 'menu' option where I could go back and play old levels and songs that I liked c: Otherwise I'm absolutely in love with this game!

Just added the Kong stats API. We got 6th in the monthly contest, thanks for voting everyone! Try beating my A-rank on the leaderboards for the calibration mini-game (press R in the main menu). Have fun!

Great game, by the way, just wondering, is there any way you could replace my keyboard you fucking evil sadist! My carpal tunnel syndrome hates your annoyingly catchy beats and your fancy flashing colors. "Oh look at me, I made a game with shapes and squares" Fuck you! Now please be quiet i'm still trying to complete 2-x
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
love the game... my fingers hate it :P i would love to have an train option where you first see the full song part and you can cut away the things you alredy know and are good at and train on one spesific segment and ar able to replay it again and again until you got it ofcors you still ned to compleat the whole song in the real mode but can be a god training

Great game, great music, creative idea, and very upbeat. I look forward to new levels. Perhaps you could have blocks that repeat steps such as a [4] block that will eventually be touched 4 times so that you can do more than the simple 3 wrap around and are less limited. There's also various effects you could do other than just speed and direction such as inverted colors, flashing lights, or other effects. This game actually has quite a lot of potential and I look forward to seeing more. Good work ^_^

This is a great idea and well executed, but also way to hard. Shorter levels would have kept me playing for many hours instead of beating a few levels and leaving frustrated after twenty minutes
