Also, someone else had a brilliant suggestion, which I have been doing. When you train a solider, send the soldier to a position near the entrance. Then just kill as many zombies as you can by yourself. The zombies keep coming until the trainee kills the specified number of zombies. After you've built up a bunch of coin, tell the soldier to follow you and let him kill his zombies to complete the mission. This way you can gear up quickly and be stronger when you open the next area. Kudos to the person who suggested this!!

Anyuland: Don't waste time trying to fight a zombie attack with outpost weapons. Go on another mission and then do direct action after the zombie attack. As I've mentioned before, outpost weapons are mostly useless. Direct action is easier and you get more coin.

So what do I do once I reach the point to where those giant mutants are attacking my base? I'm now at the stage when my outposts keep getting demolished because the super mutants come and my outpost weapons can't do anything about them. What should I do?

My only "problem" is that I rarely find any soldiers, I got plenty of the others, but I still need 15+ soldiers. I could've been nice if you could train civilians to become soldiers.

Mistheart101,i think that's because two things:
1st-Its easest to the creator
2nd-Because it fits on the storyline, with the lowest spoilers possible, the way to solve the zombie problem is in the medieval ages

Wait, where this mutants came from? The world is now like full of zombies, mutants, and many others. Well our guy can deal with those stuff. The mutant wolf was kinda hard though.

This got a bit more difficult to enjoy when I realized that the areas we go through are basically just retextured maps from Decision:Medieval.

@dalek955. Outpost weapons are mostly useless. Go ahead and let the zombies attack, then do direct action the very next turn. Threat goes up to about 46%, but it's not that hard to kill that many, and you get more money.

The Outpost weapons kinda fail you once you get into the mutant areas. Your personal firepower increases to keep up with the tougher enemies, but the outpost guns don't, and even on Easy you reach a point where there just aren't enough seconds in a minute to keep up with the amount of time you have to focus your fire on each target.
Also, I kinda wish the Detector didn't hide contacts as they get close. It makes it hard to keep track of enemies in chaotic melees where the carpet of dead enemies camouflages the living ones.

EDIT: I think the problem is on my side, not with the game. No progress will save for me. It's a shame - I was enjoying the game.

https://i.gyazo.com/74d9dd9eadf53bb71c552ed78d0c5772.png Need some extra money? start a militia training mission, order the militia away from the zombies and go to town killing endless waves to your hearts desire. Not only does this give you lots of money but you also get EXP for weps and armor.

I looove this game! I like to see zombie and mutants fighting when I'm watching without doing nothing except of eating popcorn :D

The game is becoming glitchy on Firefox. Sometimes I die, but the mission won't end. Others I click on a mission to start it but it just goes to a blank screen.

Is it possible to get rid of/sell outpost upgrades? I bought three without realising what the general did and now can't buy it

The biggest tip I can offer is that the detector is your best friend once it becomes available. It allows you to tell which enemies are playing dead and which are actually dead, how many enemies are in front of you (and behind and to the sides), where the objective locations, ATMs and caches are and for those who are trying to complete the badge for the Best of 2015 quest, the final upgrade lets you locate stashes.
You could save your money, but the game becomes much easier with that investment.

Found a glitch, there is a chance to somehow become immortal when you charged the enemy with the melee weapon (knife, machete, etc) and I tested it with the landmines from the final boss. didn't take damage

Really disbalanced weapons...
Really annoyin' fortification process...
And no auto fortification automatization...
Cannot build few buildings on different areas on a same day...

At first I thought their Armor intro was pretty cool... until I had to reload the page every other mission because I get a black loading screen before the mission... now I just think the Armor intro is too long

I'm experiencing a movement bug, where it first was making me constantly move to the right, unable to move left, although I could also move up and down. I tried switching the controls back and forth and I got it to stop for about 30 seconds, and then it started back up only in the opposite direction (moving to the left) and now can't get it to let me move normally.

Soldier: Oh My God there's a zombie out there! Lets not kill it because it is outside the outpost. Very wrong choice....The zombie infected a whole group of civilians and they attacked the outpost and they all died. The moral of this story is to be never to careful when in a zombie apocalypse.

If any of you are looking to to get the badge for getting stashes then you should buy the max upgrade for the scanner. Cyan coloured dots are stashes.

Hey, wait one! is there no save here? I have Strength in Numbers Badge and 16 stashes found but all 'save' windows say 'New Game'
