Oh, also I swear sometimes the controls don't move in the direction I've chosen. Sometimes I go up when I press left, etc. No obstacles or anything around.

I haven't encountered any black screens like other mentioned. But I have found this sequel to be overly complicated. I don't really understand what I should be focusing on or what's really going on. I don't get the point of the 'reservation camp'. Why can't I just have all my people in a menu someplace so I can see who I have and not have to go through all these extra screens to get to them if nothing goes on in the camps? Right now I'm just kind of choosing what to upgrade based on what I have available rather than choosing based on what the upgrade will give me. There's just too many unintuitive options that aren't explained well.

The main issue with this one is the overvalue of the party and the undervalue of the upgrades. A fully upgraded factory with all specials produces 980 gold and 18 material per day, but the cost of this in people is 21 builders, 5 engineers, and 2 captains. 5 engineers by themselves give 750 gold per turn. When all factories are fully upgraded with specials, they will not produce as much gold per turn as 40 engineers. But besides the cost in survivors, there is also the cost in time. Each upgrade takes a turn, which means more attacks for the enemy if you invest in upgrades before the 100% completion.

I keep getting killed repeatedly because instead of backing up when enemies come near like in previous games, my soldier runs directly into the fray. I don't appreciate this.

Buggy, with typos, spelling and grammar mistakes all over the place. I have no problem with non-native speakers making/releasing a game to a new audience, but at least get it checked first. And if the developers did include native English speakers, the mistakes are inexcusably frequent. Bugs and game crashing only add to what barely deserves 1 star to start with.

"Oooo, look an Engineer! Awesome I need some of those. Oh No Zombies SHOOT!! *BOOM* Damn!"
At first I was cursing the utter stupidity of anyone hiding behind explosives. But then I thought to myself, perhaps it's for the best, After all, in the Z apocalypse, do I REALLY want to rely on anything designed by an engineer stupid enough to use a barrel of explosives for cover in a fire fight?

Klaus, you mentioned One Armament and Two Militia. I can't figure out how to "add militia" to an outpost. How, please? - Thank you!

Having just played the last 2 decision games, the tedium has got the better of me. I was on the grind for decision 1 and 2 and got my badge rewards but it'll be a while I feel before I finish this one (I would hastily like to add I actually enjoyed decision medieval). You may ask why the hate? Well the maps are all the same brown/grey landmasses with no real personality and all look the same. The time taken to play these games is really not that long but the way the game is segmented into these small repetitive missions really breaks the flow and momentum of the game and really becomes more tedious than challenging. Oh and the price of upgrades really are a pain considering how little this game wants to reward you for kills or anything for that matter. There is nothing hugely wrong with the function of these games, barring the occasional black screen, but there certainly isn't anything overtly fun/enjoyable about them either. 2/5

Some tips for those of you having trouble :
1. The best inspector is the very first one you find, because he gives you two of the most important equipment you need, detector and a rifle.
2. This is not called a STRATEGY game for nothing. Trying to upgrade EVERY AREA'S OUTPOST will take a large amount of grind finding the people you need. Only upgrade one area and give it the decoy and hunter upgrade. Now you have an outpost that attracts... money basically.
3. To stop an area's daily growing threat, you need at least one outpost armament and two militia.

No matter what I do or add to the outpost or area, the threat goes up a lot. It's become unmanageable and un-fun. I've decided to find the 20 stashes and bail on this game. It's a shame because I was enjoying it.

the creators should add ennemie soldiers the same than allies only with red or black armor this time. the ennemie soldiers boss would be juggernaut with a lot of armor. Press "+" so the creators can see this.

First half of the game: "That black screen problem they're talking about must've been fixed."
Entering the zones with mutants: "Guess not..."
Enjoyed the two other games, this was fun until I had start a reload-fest. Not gonna finish.

when tracking something over the edge of the map, when you get close to the edge....it should automatically go in that direction.
I'm using trackball, can't even do the tutorial mission.

I REVISITED EVRY PART OF THE MAP 1000 TIMES AND DIDNT SEE BEAR OR THE DOC. ps finish the last few parts quick and dont defend vs hordes just leave it then direct action the place ( machete all of em X3 )

Save yourself the trouble and don't upgrade the factories initially or at all if you think it's tedious. All you ever need is one improved factory with the building material improvement. Get the militias and upgrade the outpost (1 or 2 guns) to pacify the area. In later levels utilise the taunt to act as a decoy.

Its difficult to upgrade outposts. I´m finding more people to help in another things than helping in upgrading the outpost. It´s boring to enter missions again and again for the chance to find a soldier.

1 mission, 1 black screen, 1 refresh, then the number of materials is set to 30. OK, so I do another mission for materials and get another black screen?

Quick Tip: There is no point defending from invasion's...just skip the day or whatever. It takes up to much time defending from them and there is no real bad outcome from not defending from them. +

Love the previous instalments, and am sort of enjoying this, but it does have its issues. @melbrooksfan is right that the 'random outpost defense missions' are tedious. There's enough to do already. As others have said, citizens should be trainable. I dunno what else to suggest. Sadly this game feels more of a chore than the others. I will add that having to the Reservation Camp seems pointless. Why can't there just be a list of people? Having to go to a level and search for them is irritating.

1 mission, 1 black screen then f5, 1 mission, 1 black screen then f5... this hard badge will be really annoying to earn

Protip: When you can afford to, put off building the outpost until the last possible second, that way you'll get less defense missions

some how I did something that put a little yellow shield on the screen and now my guy can't fire, have no idea what to do

really wanted to get the hard badge, had not a single black screen for eight hours. But suddenly I get it all the time and it's no fun anymore. Screw this.
