Well, I chose to kill the princess. I went back to town and found they're selling a "princess embroidered dress"
If I would've taken the other course, could she have been in my party right now?
btw, the princess with the pea is far east through that gate you had to open. then just read the signs to find her.

Found a bug. As I was fighting the Apple Tree for the 3rd ingredient, I clicked for one of my characters to attack just as the tree killed the character, and the game froze up. It'll still react if I try to go to the options menu or whatever, but I can't go on in the game.

Not a bad idea, smiley, but I've sort of got that going right now and the enemies invariably attack that guy first. It's hard to keep him alive more than 2 rounds in a row and if the enemies surprise my party, forget about it. Still just not worth it for me.

You should have atleast one guy in your party solely for magic using. Give him the heal spell. For me, he can heal 200 hp in a turn for 10 dp. Now you can get potions that recharge 50 dp for $ 30. that means you can heal 1000 hp for $30, versus 300 hp if you use healing potions. You can also heal outside of battle the same way you do with healing potions.

I'm at the point where I have to spend almost all the winnings from one battle preparing to survive the next one. It'd also be nice if dropped loot would occasionally include bubbles or items other than potions. I guess this may have happened some, but not anywhere often enough for my taste.

Downgrading from 4 to 3/5. Battle needs an action queue or hotkeys and HP and an action bar for enemies. The enemies' levels are 125-200% of mine and they come in groups of 4-6, so battles are night on impossible without a significant amount of health/revive potions anyway. It'd be nice to know if the level 13 dude has low HP so I can take him out quickly, or if the other guy has a quick charging attack.

i dk how far everyone else has gotten but if you go left of sleeping town and up to the castle there you fight the beast "father" and he is effing hard.

Why does every game like this have to start with "Wander bored around a lifeless town for ten minutes"? How about I click to go to a house instead of putzing around.

This is a great game! Good story line graphics and its a 3D adventure to! But its to slow and and the player and text bubble thing should go faster... I would love to rate 5/5 and fave but i cant. I would be able if it was alittle faster. Please speed it up. A.d.d. Y.o.u.r. N.a.m.e. I.f. Y.o.u. A.g.r.e.e.! nol5000

Game play is ok, if pretty slow. But the story makes no sense. Why is the world's greatest weapons master wandering around with a rusty hook? Why is the king unable to buy a decent weapon? Why am I, the hero, stealing potions from random houses? Sigh.

Yeah, it is VERY slow. Not laggy, slow gameplay. But this is probably the best flash RPG game I've seen. I'm amazed by it. The collision detection is remarkable and does not slow down the game at all. You have so many different tiles that are handled very efficiently. Although, that's probably done by Flash automatically.
Oh well, in terms of entertainment, not that great. But it must've taken a lot of effort to make a game like this. 4/5

I'd compare this game to playing pokemon before you get the bike that lets you travel 5 times faster. Great gameplay but it's a little unclear and takes so long.

I hope it's been mentioned before, but independent of the gameplay the smoothness of control and collision detection is far superior to any similar flash game. Does this use a prefab engine, or is it original?

One problem. There's a big difference in Enemy Lvl a the game progresses. They go from lvl 12 to lvl 20-25. That Sux!

Yeah, it seems that status bubbles are not that good in defence but in offense they are good, especially sleep :). Other than lvl 3 is worthless imo, though. Dunno how is it with elements.

The Pumpkins in the forest bit is just so slow and annoying. :P
I think I need to train, but getting back to town seems impossible..

slow gameplay and with a few touchups the fighting could be soooo much better, you need to be able to use keyboard hotkeys and for regular attack since its the most common just click on the enemy instead of clicking on your character and selecting normal attack takes to long and its very painful, when a players turn comes it should auto bring up the selection screen without having to click on the blinking person also.

It seems that during battle, when you click on one of your characters, all of their action bars stop, yet the enemies keep going. Would be nice to choose either fully active battle or turn based.

Good game, though I found a couple of bugs/glitches:
-If you save when a character has extra XP or DP (from a bubble) this is lost when reloading.
-Equiping bubbles as armour does not give the claimed immunity to traits (e.g. character's with a lvl 3 poison bubble in their armour still get poisoned just as much as without).
Other than that the few other problems (too many battles per travel etc. are already widely reported here).
