Shoot him with the golden gun of course. It gives you maximum horizontal force. Letting him bounce a few times get's the most out of every bullet.

Wow I just got 5,452,374.6 with no nukes. BOOYEAH! I took a screenshot if anyone doesn't believe me. Just shoot the biggest cannon almost completely flat, then wait for the turtle to bounce at least 3 or 4 times then shoot him and let him bounce 3 or 4 times more. Rinse and repeat and hope you get ammo. I got 3 ammo bonuses.

ugh... this game is so addicting but so retarded... the hard badge is nearly impossible if you spend 3hrs trying to get it only to be abducted or mid air spiked... thats what makes the game retarded but I know i can make 3m feet so thats why its addicting so 3/5

finally reached 3444040.1 feet by using 1 golden bullet for every two bounces and using nukes every now and again when the turtle slowed down a lot after the two bounces, you have to be lucky and get at least one extra bit of ammo and it's easy as pie

Secret button is in the main shop screen. Press in between the words Blast and Co. There should be a question mark in between.

Finally, after getting the 5 hour mark, my only missing badge, I took my high score from 1.9 million to 7.327760 million. I used 188 nukes on that one run.
