Here's how i do it. I only use the ak47 and hold the w and d buttons to propel him farther. When you shoot it, the turtle flies high, Use the ak47 as the turtle comes down. eventually you will be getting millions of feet without touching the ground. + so others see

Mmmhmmm VellX...That's....not exactly news we don't know. It's obvious you need full upgrade, but to elaborate on vellx's idea...
Fire at the upper right corner of the screen on full power, and then use the rocket like five second's later. You'll go way above the screen, and every time you come down use one shot each time. By this time you should be around at 150,000 feet, and all you need now is one of those extra life thingies, a nuke (in case), and some patience.
