45 degree angle shot, let him bounce 3-4x between each golden gun shot. jetpack immediately after last shot, then nuke the rest of the way (should have around 50). Or play the game for 5 hours and have your cannon souped up.

Dont need the extra cannon power. Shoot him with the tank in a low angle. When hes up in space, start the jetpack, let him bounce 2 times and shoot him with the golden gun in his ass, let him bounce 2 times, shoot him in his ass...
And then you need to get some new ammu and to do this again. And hope all the time that there are no spikes in your way... :D
