Shoot turtle, wait till he's slow (in middle of the screen), shoot once with pistol to speed him up, then wait again.
Got around 5 Million on first try ;)

Yet another weird, funny game to come out of Newgrounds. Liked the character design, the goomba amused me. Thank goodness the turtle is a cartoon, no one could survive so much blood loss. Not sure about the projecile physics though, angle and power didn't seem to have much of an impact, it was more about hitting things...
