Get tank/golden gun/a little bit of luck & shoot the turtle about 45° then let the turtle bounce 3x and give it a headshot at his highest point. It is about 190K feet per bullet.

easy way to get 3mil with tank and golden gun...i got 6+mil with this
also depends a little on luck.
launch turtle at 45 degree angle then shoot with golden gun as he is close to the ground about to stop bouncing

I completed the 3m thing with using ONLY the tank, the golden gun and the missile jet pack thing. First fire the tank so that the turtle is above the space thing. Fire the golden gun every 20 thousand feet. Use the missile when in danger. When the 20 thousands are hard to see fire the golden gun every 200 thousand. And that's how I did it. (My big bro made this stradegy) And it's POSSIBLE to do it this way! :D Hope this helps!
