Oh, and obviously, stockpile nukes for your record go. I used about 80 to get to 5m ;)))) Use'em strategically - to keep turtlee in the air goign at maximum speed for as long as possible from a single bullet (usually about 4 - 5 bounces off the ground). And do not shoot next bullet until you have slowed down to at least *half the screen* speed.

Made a little over 5.300.000 :))))) The key is to slow down every once in awhile (usually at half-clip) and find more bullets. You can only go as far as 2.500.000 plus-minus without *new* bullets, but with'em, it's almost perpetuum mobile. The only thing you need is a little luck not to end your journey prematurely on a spike. Matter of fact, my record go ended not on the ground but *abducted by UFO* while I still had like 3 bullets left. Luck, eh.

People, it's actually very easy to get over 3 million feet with no nukes. Just don't shoot with the golden gun until you've slowed down significantly... it'll blast you back to top speed.

3.5 million feet with about 90 nukes, rocket,tank and golden gun could of gone further cuz i had leik 50 nukes left but my sis wanted the comp T_T

For those talking about the controls not doing much, try shooting the turtle at the ground as weak as you can, if you hold D you move and roll alot faster, so it does help a little to move him

It just seems to me that the amount you can actually affect what you do by controlling the turtle is too small to bother. Can just as well fire the cannon, leave it to itself for a few minutes, come back, re-fire, etc.

Would be far more fun for me without instanst-death air-spikes and UFOs. Some vague feeling of control might be nice too.
