Under rating threshold (show) to get 3m feet u need golden gun.tank, missile,and 46nukes.shoot out of tank and when he starts to fall shoot him then next time he starts to fall let him hit the ground and he will bounce back up to space the next tiem he falls shoot him and keep doing that.use nukes when u run out of ammo, also as soon as u shoot him and get into space use the missile
