we don't pay for the hospital bill because the turtle doesn't need a hospital....the place is a health spa....for example the turtle receives acupuncture and radiotherapy and is sometimes treated by some alien scientists!

@Csaw: I didn't use any nukes, and got the turtle 4mil+ with the golden cannon and sniper rifle. What you do is aim the cannon at approx. 45 degrees for optimal distance, and each time you see the turtle come down, shoot him (though try to cut it close to before he hits the ground). Keep juggling him like that, and if he slows down in the interim, use the rocket. I'm up to 5mil+ with the tank now, and still using the sniper.
