Finally got tired of dying to random spikes and used 104 nukes. Just shrink the window with the nuke button visible and watch a movie or something on the rest of the screen while clicking

Wow. To think that when I started playing this game I found 15 thousand feet to be amazing. Soon after I was very happy with 50k. Now I'm sad if I get less than 500k :P I'm also one run away from the golden gun and I haven't used bombs yet :D
